When you want to transfer box to box, master box [the good one ]is hooked up normally to tv with null modem lead connected and is connected into crap box switch on crap box and have it facing away from you as not to pick up remote signal,go to good box user setup and s/w transfer highlighted you have 2 options codes first and press ok transfer begins 1-100 then reboots on both boxes [check ]sometimes do not come on off/on if needed, second channel data highlighted ok transfer begins and finishes box reboots itself,
I will be back later if you need more advice....

Hi guys, never before put anything up here its about time i thanked u guys for the help, just followed the 'bad flash' advice and it seems to have worked first time. Back flashed with version 400eE_api then reflashed with Crypstar_v1.4-Core100 from the 4 flashing line position. Now on standby.
It looks like uploading a channel file corrupted the first flash. When i tried to redo it it failed again. Using GTRom_v4.00 for both.
Just as well MUFC are on terrestial. Very big thanks again guys.
