Try earlier f/ware. I had problems loading etc but now resolved. Also, check out this thread

Hi vintymac,
There is no problem with the TBN file, i already downloded it but the RAR file, how do you downloaded it on the EX7000. One more thing when i try to scan the EX7000 it will reach till 129/0 then it will reboot again. anyway i will get my null modem and will try to download thru this. Any additional info.

Thats really weird....I took Civics too. I thought all members of that class were either dead or in Jail....Was wondering was it the same hedge school I had MANNERS & RESPECT beaten into me :)

Hi vintymac,
I already downloading from old to new FW to the ex7000 but it can't finish the downloading because my unit is always rebooting. It's like shutting off automatically after 2 to 5 minutes of the download time. I try and try but it won't finish the download because of frequently rebooting.
Anybody who knows any remedy for my unit or i just received a ex7000 clone and lost 230 euros because i can't returne it.
Thanks in advance.
I'm already pulling my hair already eventhough i'm bald already.
