It has never been this bad, my local ermm?(support) guy is trying to crack the new software but with no joy at present. From the threads above are you saying there is now an auto update feature? I have recently upgraded my box which auto scans and sort. channels to mirror the virgin set up but still have to put the key in every time there?s a scramble.

There is NO firmware out yet for the starview 2 in the uk
