Lower the voloum on your Tv and use the remote for the box to hire it that is what the problem is
did that fergus problem still there.
Yes fergus your spot on it is a volume issue.When the volume is raised on the tv the noise gets louder.The volume on tv is at 20,The volume on box is at 22 these settings seem about perfect.Last night i lowered the volume on tv to 0,and raised volume on box to full and had no sound.sorry for any confusion caused,I was a bit on the sleepy side last night.thanks fergus and Cactikid for your help

once again fergus im impressed with your knowledge on the subject.Down in my local there are two lads selling these boxs 170 a pop,and on the other hand there are other lads who where waiting to see how i got on with my box.Now that mine is up and running there are up to 10 or 11 people wishing to buy these but not for 170EUROS.Idid pm you before with details on where i bought mine[will pm to remind you]Is it possible you could pm me with details of a good supplier as i was not very happy with my supplier.there will be no profit made on these box,s as these are neighbours and friends and most of them are unemployed like myself who can not afford to pay 170.cheers

does anybody know where i would be able to pick up an rf converter thats for the kryptview box as i am having difficulty finding 1. I tried power city today but 2 no avail. Nobody in the shops seem 2 know what i mean, what exactly shud i ask 4 as i want 2 put it in my bedroom.
any help wud be very much appreciated!

is it the cable u want to screw into connections,it is the same one used as for sat just check other end plugged into wall.most electrical outlets ,woodies,atlantic etc should sell cables or anybody that does sat
