@Hooter,listen mate these poster's need to be discouraged from posting the same stuff over and over, when the forum is full of the answer's their looking for,it's not only annoying but ruin's it for people with genuine proplem's.If i'm having a go at you it's because you seem to be encouraging this, but that's your perogative, just don't sound so surprised when the rest of the member's don't reply.

Well said.
And one question mark at the end of a sentence is enough. One exclamation mark is more than enough.

Whilst the bumping rules are that one ie the same person doesn't bump a thread twice or more within 24 hours, you are bumping threads for no real reason... this one was already replied to only a few hours ago at 09:36, please stop bumping the handful of threads that i've seen you bump of late..

ok karl i did'nt know he had "multiposted" (leaf) as i said i waz out all day and if you look now he just says it is not a usb just above this reply 'that he has',
when clearly it says STARVIEW USB on the thread
all some1 has to do with these people is tell them the answer is on the page before this one read them
and to my last remark, as i said it waz not pointed to you in peticular or anybody else
in my view it was a mistake lets forget about it no harm done and no fall out as ii dont want this to turn into a bitching page like some other threads did ok,
lets shake on it and forget about it.
Hooter..

As far as the cloning issue goes, the blurb on the website for the 500c admits it's a cloned version - 'Unlike most poor manufactured versions of the Dreambox 500C,our exclusive box has excellent quality hardware'.

Hi guys.
I've just purchased a Starview 4 USB and downloaded the latest firmwall on to it via the USB memory stick and then done an autoscan.
It's located all the channels ie. they all seem to appear on the menu, but i only get a picture on the free to air channels.
Is there something fundamentally I've done wrong? Any ideas would be appreciated.
