Thanks cactikid
Have re visited and re-did in following order
(i)selected krypt loader
(ii)powered off krypt at back
(iii)press download
(iv)selected bin file
(v)selected COM6 (after checking on Device Mgr)and
(vi) Selected start and
(vii)Power on box at back
Keep getting message 'The downloading is not requested'
Have practiced this in different ways with different COMs ports assigned with same result
Further help please?

1 Box off at back
2 loader open
3 select bin file
4 make sure bin file is on the loader by looking at the top part
5 press the start button
6 turn on the box that's it
and make sure the com port number is the same on the loader

Open the Loader 
, once opened you will have a box load like this.
Click on the green download button,
Once you have pressed the download button you will see another box load like below,
Press open and select the Bin file that you saved to your desktop earlier highlighted in yellow,
Press open then the box will load like below with the Bin file selected.
Now turn off your Kryptview, press Start then turn the Kryptview back on. You should now see the firmware starting to load,
Once done you will see this message,
Once finished let the box reboot and then your done, congratulations.

Anybody having troupble with N*L & Starview 4 - in Waterford - just lost nearly all channels in last hour - showing "no signal" - have only 2 movie & sport channels - anyone any ideas

No signal means exactly that the box is getting no signal from your cable check it

Thanks E45 - but it came back - think it might be something with N*L as their broadband has been s**t all day - very slow & the digital TV has been breaking up

E45 - need help again - I have lost all S*Y movies again - and most of the sport channels - N*L Waterford - exactly the same as Sunday. Any ideas whats going on?

Is there any box out there still working off N*L in the Republic of Ireland? I have had all of the previous starviews (except the 4th with USB) which are no longer any use in the Republic of Ireland?
Has the Kryptview been killed off this week?

hi lads sorry if im in the wrong area but just a quick question .My box hasnt worked in months so i got on to the lads here a good while back an i think it was a fella called des told me i need to get a null lead and download some stuff , as im useless with this type of thing her sister done it yesterday [as she recently done hers and got back all her channels]but had no luck with mine she said its made buy starview an there no longer in ireland so the box cant be fixed at least not for a while ;I just want to know should i throw it out or is there anything else she can try for me ;any help would be great thanks ps its just called THE box

oNLY GOT MY SUPER BOX YESTERDAY,IM GOING MAD,WHATS THE SITUATION ON THESE BOXES,CAN THEY BE SORTED OUT,PLEASE HELP!!!!
