Thanks to all of you I can now play PSP with out buying UMD's !:))
But, is there gonna be a permanent hack for PSP 3000 in the future ?
Any sign of it at least ?

I got psp 1000 phat and i have done everything it says but when i try to open a iso or cso game it says that the game could not be started (80020321) please help

Hi I secceed to instal ChikHEN R2 but the games are shown as corrupted data

Then You have to (following the next step in the tutorial), download the CFW enabler (there's a link to it on the very 1st post):
b)INSTALLING CFW ONTO ANY PSP 3000 SERIES AND PSP 2000 TA088V3
ONLY use this for PSP 2000 and 3000 series
PSP FW will revert back to 5.03 OFW when rebooted so try to keep it on standby. When you completely restart your PSP the system version should go back to 5.03 . If so , you will have to repeat the installation process for installing ChickHEN and then CFWe.
ChickHEN must be enabled.
-Dowload CFWEnabler 3.60
HERE
-Copy the CFWEnabler folder to your PSP/GAME folder.
-Go to GAME and start the CFWe.
-Press () to reboot in the custom firmware.
-Enjoy :P
In the end , press SELECT while in XMB and change UMD Iso Mode to ''M33 Driver'' or ''Sony NP9660''. I also recommend formatting memory stick. Place your CSO/ISO games to the ISO folder on your memory stick root.

i followed the directions exactly but for some reason when im in the hellcat's flasher it wont load my update modules...im working with the fat psp and the program keeps reading error80010002 loading/starting nand_updater.prx and so on...whats the problem?

I modded my friend's fat with no hitch whatsoever using the provided files... Strange, indeed. Email me at dan.brinkley@gmail.com. Perhaps I can talk you through it. The rom-flashing is the last part I would expect the issue to arise in.

Thanks alot it worked. Only issues is I still can't run ISO even without the m33 or the other UMD driver. most of the game just freeze or stuck at loading :(

mahdi8, try using UMD emulation. Some games need to spin a disc to make it seem like there's a disc in there. There should be an option for UMD emulation in the settings. Use a dummy disc when you're playing ISOs or CSOs. Make sure it's a game disc and not a video UMD

Hi, I have just followed the guide and as far as I can see it worked, I've got a 2000 with the dodgy motherboard my system info now reads 5.03 MHU, but when I've put a memory stick in with .cso game on it the psp is saying no game, i put the cso in psp/game folder, can anyone help me please?

And to even clarify on that, the ISO folder is on the root tier of the memstick. Easy stuff. Try not to overthink. :-)

Turns out it's not the psp of CFW issue. my memory card was a bad fake and can't load ISO properly. just got an original one and it worked perfectly. Now it's running 5.50 GENB2 CFW.
