Just put new firmware on my ex1000sl and it is working perfect in galway.adult and playboy channel are missing but dont really care bout them and im very happy to have my ex1000sl working and not sitting in cupboard.Thanks to who ever put fix up.

no its strictly for the EX1000SL.. i think - possibility of bricking ur box w/ wrong firmware

I knew they did appear till later on but they havnet benn found on my box,i think it could be my aerial in my room iv had bit atrouble before with it.thanks

Well done to the guys that worked on this fix, i don't know if it came directly from the eurovox team?
Just goes to show what can be done when people co-operate and put their heads together, who knows what boxes could be next :)

:) Fixes are only released when the guy that does them is happy to release them. And has always been that way, I presume they go through quite a few tests.

Very true scouser, look at the replay lite fix that was released last december, everyone was using it and getting nowhere cos it wasn't working properly and had to go back for a week, caused a huge amount of hassle. Would have been much better to have waited the extra few days.

Cheers HiTeck we will need a new archive guy for Eamos soon. The old one is definitely nearing retirement :)
@ Eva pity about the Replay it was a nice box maybe a good box for someone that has a bit of time and is interested in the hobby to take a look at it one day.
