its back on, info netwrok issue, not serv issue, so its back on anyways.
Anyways you were all told what issues these boxs will have going forward, all of em, so its something that you will have to live with whilst using them

To most krypt owners i would recomend you getting a reserve setup like me. Get yourself a spiderbox and a tring card for all the football.
Movies you can watch anytime but the match is only shown live once.
If i have to listen to that t*at again that commented on the blackpool game last night i would lob myself in the canal

Who really cares Mickah if it was server or host issue. If your KVU box is down & your mates
STVU box is not you think I paid more & he's getting better service. I'm not a STVU fan but
facts are facts. Maybe someone will explain to KVU owners why their box was down & other
boxes were running OK. Network issue or host problem is not a satisfactory explanation

At least I gave an explanation of what happened as I got it, I have nowt to do with the boxs or running of em, secondly I really dont two flying ones if they work or not, just trying to inform the guys if something is wrong, so at least they know, At least I and others bother to do this, SV dont bother to tell nothing to no one, up or down, off or on,
So hop of yer soapbox buddy, before ya fall of it and hurt yerself.

Sorry If I upset you Mickah, I wasn't having a go at you. I know the long hours you put in on
the forum helping people. I just think KVU should post an explanation themselves and what
action they can take to prevent these problems in the future. KVU have a good track record &
they should try to preserve it. Thank you for your concerns about my health, and thanks for
being me buddy.

when have ya ever seen any of em, SV, Krypt or any box maker come to a forum and advise whats happen, none do, ever, as that would implicate them in anything the box was not-designed to do, if you get my meaning, but word always comes quick when a issue is being had by a certain brand, SV not being one of em, ya be lucky to hear a bloody word on anything, let alone whats wrong

Point taken Mickah. I'm not saying they have to put their name to it, just e-mail moderators
on forums with plausible explanations. When a person in Eire did cable boxes he only had to
ring UK supplier to be advised on problems & when fix would be available.
Any boxes which are having issues should be hi-lighted. If it's a one off problem, that's
fine. If problems are regular issues, people should know before they buy

Starview and Kryptview boxes both use "Free" servers, I would not expect any status reports on either. Some people do report Kryptview issues, I don't know if they are official reports or just made up rumours that get repeated, they have proved to be wrong at times.
Neither server is 100%, nor is any of this type of server. It's been well publicized that you will not get 100% service, even if you subscribe! The servers both work very similarly and are both very good for free servers - if you want a better service then subscribe.

Fair point,Lincsat, but I would expect someone to advise me when to expect my service to be
restored. I'm sure there are plenty of DM500-c owners who would gladly subscribe to server if
service was advertised.
