Turn the box off from the back switch and leave it for a minute, then turn it back on and go through the install procedure.

Tried to setup kryptview A750 in Galway via NThell MMDS flashed box with latest firmware and manually scan for channels with frequencies taken from Starview box
250.000
266.000
282.000
298.250
314.000
330.000
340.000
362.000
378.250
Entered each frequency
signal strength was about 72%
signal quality was between 70-80%
All searches failed no channels found any help welcome

Seamus, did you download all the stuff in the footer at the end of all Fergusrb's posts ?
Instructions and everything you need is there
Whatever you say, say nothing when you talk about you know what for if you know who might hear you, you know what youll get. Youll be sent off to you know where for you would not know how long. Maybe I could search through the threads so you dont have to ??

Switch the box off at the back , Start the Download
Turn the box back on from the back, It will now start loading.
When download is finished, go to the bottom option.
Choose your provider at the top, N*L etc.
Press the green button on the remote, & wait for the next option.
Choose dublin legacy (for Dublin) etc
Press ok & let the box scan. When its finished, Exit out & go to s*y two.
The box will now update, thats it you`re finished.
Thanks to Noelyf for the instructions above, have sent you a PM as well, am off to bed now, but if you get stuck there are bound to be a few nighthawks logging on shortly.

Whilr helping some mates set up ther new arnets,I noticed many of there old box,s were set up like this[nthell cable to input, cable from output to tv,they also had scart lead from box to tv aswell]I have nthell to input and scart to tv.I presume the last method is correct and if so could the other way have caused slight interference with picture or sound.Only 3 out 10 were set up the way i think is correct,Or does it really matter?

Have ordered a Kryptview box from the UK and should have it in the next couple of days. Will I have to load it up with the firmware or can I just do a "switch on, auto scan and store" ? Afraid I am not a seasoned computer buff like most of you guys. Just want hassel free installation as I had with my starview. Keep the faith.
