make sure your comport setting are correct

also usb to your pc end of usb to the end of the null modem cable and other end of null modem to the box

what error message is it

make sure the unit is switched off at the back switch not on STAND BY

then make sure your loader and bin file is ready then hit download

and only after you press the download button switch the box on at the back

other wise it is a comport issue you need to know what comport number your adapter is using

where did you get the cables from ??

For ?50 all you'll need is one saved trip to the pub to watch a match or 1 month of viewing before the channels disappear again to make it worth while!
Maybe not for everyone but for my ?107 I'm happy out.
