i love those old cartoons... but i have vague recollections of a cartoon that no-one seems to rbe able to help me with. It was a male creature with a funny name who lived under the floorboards or in the kitchen. He had a weird name like heffalump or mugwam, and it was a very basic drawn cartoon??!!? help... its driving me nuts!

I've been into the 80's flashbacks these days. Watching all the old series. My favourites were the usuals, Transformers, He-Man, I liked the old Voltron and Macross. There is one show that escapes me though, all i can remember about it was that there was a a ship in it like a battleship or aircraft carrier but it flew in space. I also remember that the battleship had some sort of plasma cannon in the front of it. Does this ring a bell to anyone? Also, anyone remember the cartoon Grendizer.

A guy I know from China says that in the late seventies/early eighties he watched a cartoon show that was imported from America about a guy with the strength of a bear and the speed of a leopard. Does anybody know what this show is?

After scanning through this thread I couldn't find any info on this cartoon I remember really well.

I don't remember if it was genuinely 80's or very very early 90's, but it was a show about some police in the near future. I can't for the life of me remember the name of it but the main bad guy was a big fat guy. Does that ring any bells for anyone?

The cartoon that your friend in China was referring to is 'Marshall Bravehear't--"Strength of a bear", "Speed of a cheetah"( although, I think he actually said puma, but cheetah would make more sense).

That police cartoon is called C.O.P.S and the big guy's name is the BIG BOSS... a master mind the crimal that robs the biggest NY bank! Yes, he's huge! It was actually an 80's cartoon with a toyline. It lasted about one or two season. My favourite character is Dr Badvibes. The twisted clowen with his brain on top of his head! The toys were had of metal I recall but not sure?

I'm gonna have to say He-Man.
NOTE: The most annoying was She-Ra. Why did they feel the need to hide that troll looking thing in the bushes every episode???!!!

I'd be remiss if I didn't mention "GI JOE". That cartoon was pretty indepth to be for youngins but I love it and the toys. I think between GI JOE & He-Man those were the only toys I played with as a little one.

Can anyone remember a cartoon where a human boy got transported to a space high school? There was a guy that has a wheel instead of feet. There was also a small flying creature of some sort. Lots of characters actually. It was airing around the time that captain N the game master was on.

Hey all ;)

Being a huge fan of classic 80's cartoons (I have a pretty large stash on my pc of episodes, theme tunes and so forth), i found this thread very interesting :)

I got one thats been killing me to find out the name of, don't remember much. Group of kids (yeah that narrows it down), i think they travelled accross space or between 2 dimensions at least.

The only thing I remember clearly (this should help you out) is it all revolved around a big clock in the middle of a shopping centre. Ontop of the clock was like a silver robot thing that rang a bell and it was connected to the other dimension or something.

Oh and i think someone mentioned mysterious cities of gold? I have all the episodes on my HD if your interested? can send em to ya or something?
