ahhh... so his curiosity isn't roused? wonder what is? I gave a very useful clue. I wonder what Robert Browning would have to say about a lad who wouldn't or couldn't or didn't take a clue and go with it?

Hey Auslander, what's your next paper going to be on?

actually, i kinda have a fascination with Eric and Dylan. I have no desire to do anything like they did or any reason to do so, but i am curious about their tactics and techniques. plus, i love the whole anarchist counter-culture. even though i don't agree with it, i think they've got some cool stuff. i have learned a way to get free soda from vending machines that i will test at work tomorrow :-)

i'm not a revolutionary, regor. now tell me another clue, as i'm not sure i'm following very well.

i've written papers on serial killers and atlantis, so the next may be on something like copyright laws and fair use, government as a failure, or people immune to HIV.

actually ddp, exposives and dynamite (variations) could also be clues but I can tell you now that they would be very hard to benefit from unless you understood the context. I could give other clues but I will wait to see if Auslander takes the bait, and if so... just how trig is he? He may not need any further hints?!?!?

"What can run but never walks,
Has a mouth but never talks,
Has a bed but never sleeps,
Has a head but never weeps?"

I hate it when I decide to give more clues....

lol, so i solved one riddle of yours, regor. was it only a part of a far bigger question. have you put me on a path to truth? or was i already there, and you simply guided me down a proper turn? either way, i thank you.

someone followed the links in my sig and pm'ed me with questions about atlantis. that's fulfilled me even more and made my day to boot!

the little trail hand, Auslander, was correct... so lets see where he takes this. I have actually given several worthy hints. Auslander will ponder, I'm sure, and I will give a few more within reason...

hey Auslander, are you any good with prime numbers?

guided... you are far from the truth!

me suggest you digest all the clues and ask when you need more. But I'm convinced you are a trig cove!

atually, I'm retiring now so yous all have fun trying to figure it out.

maybe a moderator or andmerr can suggest if we continue here or move to another thread (that, if any are interested) or whether this thread should die at the end of the crossing... maybe Auslander wishes it would and that I would die with it ???

I have already co-sined for all 3 of my kids... I guess that makes me a trig cove ???
now, is that the first one? "co-sined" instead of "co-signed". i see the math pun there, pointing out that not only are you the responsible financial backer but the educated one as well. not what "trig cove" is supposed to imply, though.
Quote:
ich bin ein trig cove, Auslander!

I won't tell Lola, she already has enough to ponder :)

I mean with you being 'happy' and all <grin>
kinda have ideas, but i'm not sure what i should be getting from this.
Quote:
if only she was half wolf!
should that enhance my ability to solve this riddle?
Quote:
oooooh Auslander.... you are a trig cove!!!
still lost
Quote:
I'm not weird, I'm just me. I will always be just me. I suspect you will always be just you, Lola! But as for Auslander.... he is half wolf!

Quote:no kinky stuff shall ever arise

Sorry, Auslander! Nope, Not even whip cream! Nothing! Nada! Not even foot massages! No temple rubbing! No laying back in an easy chair and having your hair brushed, or for that matter Lola laying back in an easy chair and having her hair brushed, by you. No chocolate dipped strawberries. Nothing! Do you hear me? Nothing! It might be kinky!

I hate it when she says that! <GRIN>
okay, so i'm constantly changing and therefore, evolving? and lola's trying to keep things static? i'm not sure with this one.
Quote:
ooooh... kinky! next you will be using paddles :)
not touching it.

don't you read man? too much neck'n?

do a google search... you might find a used car, or even a hickey, in bangor.......
still shaking my head. is there a famous mathematical cover bangor? lol
Quote:
you can watch ddp, it'd probably make Auslander a bit uncomfortable though... I'm more interested in whether Auslander takes the clue I just gave him and goes anywhere with it.

He probably will... he's such a trig cove!

and he's got all summer!
a cove in the summer? a warm beach in the sun? a relaxing place? is this path leading me to paradise?
Quote:
ahhh... so his curiosity isn't roused? wonder what is? I gave a very useful clue. I wonder what Robert Browning would have to say about a lad who wouldn't or couldn't or didn't take a clue and go with it?

Hey Auslander, what's your next paper going to be on?
implies gun-nut going after the gov., but i'm not sure. i'm trying :-/

you say that you and i are trig coves, yet you seem to imply that a trig cover is a peaceful, utopian place. are you simply saying that you and i are happy, satisfied people? or is this simply an examination of my psychology, meant to understand my thinking like ink blots?

oh man Auslander... I didn't mean step out of the box and into another one <grin>

You ae trig tho... you took this back to earlier threads and analysed all. Let's start with the original where I called you trig and then the clues started with the thread with 'used car' and 'bangor'. You do read, eh?

This is a tough one. Or I guess it is. Mayhap someone already has digested the clues and is forming an answer to the riddle???
