It does not like 4GBHC cards i found this out from another forum site. Max you can use is 2GB NON HC

I have 3 different M3DS Simply's, Two 4GB San Disk MicroSD cards, and also 1 2GB SanDisk MicroSD'S. All 3 SD's were formatted according to the directions in this thread.

Then I went to the site that was recommended, and downloaded the software for the M3, as mine did not come with any. I unpacked it, and here is what I have in my "root" (by "root" I'm referring to the first level in my removable drive) file on my flash drive.

I'm REALLY hoping that this is just a user error and that maybe it's just a step I'm missing, or that I'm using the wrong software or something. Please help - I'm really at a loss, and any assistance would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks!!

Well, after reading through some of the other threads in this forum, and MANY frustrating wasted hours of effort, I finally figured out that 4GB microsd's just don't work. I tried the 2GB SanDisk again and it finally worked - I just had to format it a few times...

Also, in case it helps anyone else, I bought my M3 Simply's from Gameyeeeah and they were BY FAR the lowest price I found anywhere. Bought 3 and paid only $34.15 per, plus shipping. Had them sent via DHL and start to finish, had them in my hands in a little less than a week. No complaints. :)

Made a game folder in the root and added some .NDS game files

When I turn on the DS, it shows the "M3 DS simply" in the top screen, and the bottom one has the 3 icons for game/multimedia/and "Boot Slot-2"

I press the game icon, get the directory, That then shows the games.

I press for one of the games - it shows ..........loading..........

The both screens just go blamk it won't do anything ??

I have tried a different card, reloading all the firmware, different games - but nothing seems to work.

I would REALLY appreciate any help or ideas about what to do as I really want to play my games on my new DS
