ya haveign to stop to find a key is a pain *L*

I been mouseing in FPS's since duke 3d...ah..oh how I miss grate level design...

but I genrealy use this

Mouse 1 fire
mouse 2 jump
Mouse 3 exsaimen
wheel up/down weapon cycle

space crouch
w forward
a left strfie
s backwards
d right strife

q/e for looking over coners if the game has it
shift for speed toggle
tabs extra
r reload
f extra
x extra
c extra
v extra

1-4 for quick item or weapon switching

basily keepit to what my I can reach, rearely do I use the cookie cutter a,b,c shcemes

and I sooooooooo hate that console games use the right analog stick to aim with I use my LEFT always have always will,if a game forces right I simpley cant paly it...

I realy like Time spliters the fact they let you do what you need to do to paly the game is a real help!

If you are haveing aiming problems try adjsuting the mouse speed down or up 5 points or 1/4th a bar.

I like mine at least as fast if not faster than my windoses mouse speed.

lol true.

for just basic games I use a pad in one hand and a mouse in the other.Strange but true.

Luckily some games come with native gamepad support now so you don't need emulated software these games feel just like a console for the most part.

I'll take mouse and KB 9 times out of ten,there is joykey or soemthign a small dx app to emulate KB and mouse on a pad and it can fully translate a KB and mouse to a computer gamepad I use it for my PS2 pad on the PC altho I dont use t alot sicne most emulators have a desent setup.

whe I say fully I mean full profiles,quick change profile bound to a button,mouse on the analog stick and everything.

Yeah I know about joytokey and the others.My gamepad came with software but like I said emulation sucks especially for the mouse.The games listed in the link I left have native gampad support and don't require third party software.They feel just like a console.

Unfortunatly most games don't have this which Is why I'm making a list.

it would be great if sony waited till a week before the release to say games would be 50 dollars per game, it would push buyers to it because it'd be cheaper for games to counteract the price. sure there would be a bit less profit, but u could still charge 60 for the really awesome and indepth games that cost more to make. but i doubt they will do this.

Frankly joytokey is the best of any of the setup programs I ahve seen for any pad,how ever it has one flaw and thats DOS games,sicne THings like Hexen cant ues a mosue to fully aim with joytokey to bind ful aiming to the pad would be great however the speed and lagging is annoyign as hell I recall getting it to work once *L*

it dose take a bit to setup the mouse part sicne its ahrd to tell what axis you are useing on the pad *L*

Hell devs are slacking on button binding now adays look at Project snowblind insted of binding the powers to buttons you get a power menu liek in the console version whitch can be annoying.

I had a thought JOYTOHEY is a KEY to JOYpad program...that would make it keytojoy.....it was made in japan the english name could be worse :P
