By the way, I can't see on the procedure wheather or not the A750 needs to be cabled up to the TV or powered up when I flash it,really showing my ignorance now!

So you cannot see the hardware tree in device manager? If so try this:

1. Click Start, click Run, type cmd.exe, and then press ENTER.
2. Type set DEVMGR_SHOW_DETAILS=1, and then press ENTER.
3. Type start devmgmt.msc, and then press ENTER

When updating the KV the box should be powered down, then hit download, and then power box up.

Hi. received my kryptview today and flashed it successfully. However it refuses to find anything on the automatic scan. but when I do a manual scan on frequency 31500 it finds about 10 channels including SP1 so I know the box works. Any ideas on where I can get frequencies for NThell dublin or how I can get it to do an auto sca. Have followed all the instruction I can find.

Do a factory reset and scan again. Select Automatic search, make sure NT* is selected although should be as default. Channel search type leave at network. Press green button and let it scan.

Yes it will say this up to 13 Tps so looks like it is finding the TPs? Make sure you are doing this from the main feed if you are using a splitter take it out for now.

Does anyone know if the Kryptview 750 can be easily opened up ?

Could the receiver for the remote control be taken out or is it integraed onto the main board or is it connected with wires ?

I wanted to put the a750 into a press and just have the receiver for the remote outside of the box
