Can anyone explain the following - flashed the box as per the guide. Using vista but it worked perfectly. Shows 21 tps and scans in all the channels. However, Legacy does not appear on screen and picture can get distorted from time to time. Why is Dublin legacy not appearing on the menu screen.

Hey was thinking of purchasing a kryptview..my firends recently got the new Starview but their channels are starting to go now. Just wondering If I should bother buying a kryptview or wait until nagra 3 has been cracked? Is Kryptview affected by nagra 3?

There is a a fix for the Starview USB out, check the Starview USB Fix thread, all boxs will be effected not just the Kryptview, no current fix for N3

I have just bought a new kryptview 750, I loaded the up to date firmware which worked as per HiTech's brilliant instructions. The box rebooted fine, I cant get any channels at all only 11tp's. Im in Dublin so I though this would work.... any suggestions guys?????

when you were doing a scan did you scan for network that is how all your tp come in.

Hey guys, got my kryptview today. I thought the cable would go direct in the box like with the starviews for example, but there is no applicable slot for it. It looks to me that i need some connector for the cable to connect to the box. Any ideas where i can get this?

when you were doing a scan did you scan for network that is how all your tp come in.
I just did a network scan and only 7tp came up and no channels at all.... is there any settings to change or something?

I got a kryptview today as well but the box came with a connector, its normal ariel to NTL connection... u should get one in powercity.
My box is not scanning any channels anyway so I dont know what to do...

Thanks, mine came with a connector but it has a male connection on the other side, not a female connector thats need to plug the ntl cable into. Anyways ive figured out from the older pages of this thread that i need to get a "coaxial adaptor - f plug to coax tv socket", so hopefully powercity has it.
Try the step by step guide for your problem or spend sometime going through the last ten or so pages of this thread, chances are someone has had the same problem as you. best of luck with it!

Yep...am open to offers. After 3 days of scanning I have nearly ever station except the 2 or 3 that I really want. Down to signal strength.
Think I am going to just get the SV4 and hope that it last for a while. My old SV2 never gave any trouble.

Dublin legacy will only appear during the initial easy install after reflash or factory reset. I would recommend a factory reset and rescan. When install screen comes make sure N** is your provider and do not touch anything else.
Press the green button after a quick scan it will bring up the Dub Legacy option. Select that and let it scan.

Hi Guys. I've bought about six of those Kryptview at different times over the last couple of months and the F-connector to female RF connect was'nt in any of the boxes. (miserable gits) 
You can get then in Peats or Maplins in Dublin. Anyone hear anything about the update for the SV The Box4 usb bricking out on the new firmware upgrade. Had one go bye bye on me and definately wasn't a clone.
OK, so whats the speed of dark?
