You guys ever heard of BioDiesel. It's refining cooking oil/grease/animale fats to run in a diesel motor. There's a guy on one of the car fourms I'm on, he refines it in his garage for like 1.00 a gallon. Not a perfect solution but better to reuse something so hard to dispose of, plus it's cheaper than paying "the man".

BioDiesel is some kickass stuff alright. Just as potent if not stronger than regular diesel. it was featured on SPikeTV's TRUCKS! a few wks ago and Stacy David proved Biodiesel has some kick to it :P But none of that matters as since almost all passenger vecihles (cars, SUVs) arent diesel anyway. Work trucks (pickups etc) are the exception since Diesel provided more power, better fuel consumption. \
anyway back on topic : Im paying $2.45 around the city of Philly, around $2.35 (give or take 3 or 4 cents) in the 'burbs

Anyone who believes that Bush's oil greed hasn't triggered the rise in Oil Prices then you are a fool. None of these countries has a military to equal that of the USA or the UK but both are vulnerable to wholesale oil pricing. Bush's desire to control the price of and the largest oil reserve in the middle east has brought this catastrophe upon us and the rest of the world. His meddling in the politics of Venezuela and Columbia has disenchanted what were friends south of the border. He is a spoiled brat that no one has said no to his entire life, nor has he had to live up to his own responsibilities as a citizen of this nation. and the price here in Nothern Michigan is $2.49.

Knock off the politics????? You damn fool, that's what it's all about. Where are the WMD's, the Chemical Weapons that Daddy and Reagan sold Saddam??? Why do you suppose that the Iranians don't trust us?? Nor do any other Middle East nations. Contrary to popular propaganda they don't hate us, they hate Oil Companies that have treated just like Saddam and the rest of these tinpot dictators. Now they got us by the short ones and if we do not develop new sources of energy that are renewable we will have neverending conflict. By the way the French have developed a car that runs on Compressed Air. Just think, no tail pipe emissions, or pollutants, and no Oil Companies to create phony shortages.
