there was a nasty storm over the refinary pump things, and they had to close shop, so to speak. Thus raising thier prices to compensate the loss. even though mobil gas has had a 6 billion dollar proffit in the last year... go figure...

hmmm.....interesting. I always thought that the fluxuations were basically the same throughout the country. Like one area could be $2.00 and another $2.50 but when they went up they went up everywhere, know what I'm saying? Oh well, I guess that's not the case.

Most of the time it's cheaper if I cross the river to the sister city. Only like 3 miles away but gas is usualy .10 cheaper on average. If i go to the boonies it's .15-.20 sometimes.

have you ever noticed how when the media starts hyping up how much gas is going to go up, then lo and behold the prices get raised at the stations, amazing....

Gas prices, huh....

How much do I pay....hell with that...too damn much, need to take out a loan just to pay for gas!

Here in VA, out in the country, it is about $2.30 for midgrade.

Once came to the pump...and saw someone who paid $80 for gas. I couldn't help but feel sorry for 'em.
