i now can access the threads without replies but there seems to be a glitch with some of the threads.See the pic below, how can some one post a question, the question doesnt show up but the poster does.

I have a similar freezing/hangups like 35 seconds - 1 minute and 1/2 sometimes when I'm trying to access threads or jump to another forum(s). Usually, it happened like 2 to 3 times a day/night for me. Other than that, it's all good.

i've noticed it a lot more than usual as i nowe tend to go down a forum page and open many threads in a new tab (in Firefox) so not surprisingly all the tabs hang and play catchup or timeout, then i just refresh each tab after a while to remind me what's in that tab

server has been hiccuping all day..and because of the hiccuping the server can not catch its breath for about 10 to 15 sec or more...

Same here. I tried replying to some e-mail updates around 5pm and it just sat there again and looked at me. Its almost 10:45pm now and its working OK for now.

Here is something different that came up today when the server locked up. FAILED TO CONNECT TO BLUE DRAGON. Never saw that before. When I finally got through that same message was in the ad page on the next to last post where the advertisements usually are. Maybe a problem with the pop up ad system.

i can not believe this this site is constantly locking up,and i have over a 6meg kbps Internet Speed ..its a pain when ye try to post..
here and at the afterdawn/dvdxcopy site.
