No, the converter was in autopopstation, because PAL support was only added in firmware 3.10 by Sony, maybe because of the upcoming release of the PS3 in Europe. In order to play the games properly on a 3.02 or 3.03 OE, PAL games had to be patched to fit in the screen (a convertion isn't really possible, even though both TV standarts are quite close compared to others).
Xbox 360: Slim untouched with a faked 320 GB harddrive for XBL, phat with LT 3.0, played Halo early, so going on live would be an instand ban, also with a faked 320 GB harddrive
PS3: Untouched 160 GB Slim, 60 GB Fat with latest Rogero and 160 GB internal harddrive.
PSVita: hardly ever play it
GameCube: Black with a Viper chip installed. With gameboy player. Trying to get a Wavebird controller.

You cannot upgrade from 3.03 to 3.03 OE-C. 3.03 is official sony firmware where as 3.03 OE-C is not. In order to Upgrade you will first need to downgrade to version 1.5 this can only be done if you have a unpatched copy of Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. An unpatched copy of GTA will have the v2.00 upgrade on it and nothing higher.
Instructions on how to downgrade can be found here:
http://boardsus.playstation.com/playstat...read.id=2792391
Once you have done the above you can then upgrade to 3.03 OE-C
http://boardsus.playstation.com/playstat...48114&jump=true
As with all upgrades or downgrades there is a slight risk of turning you PSP into a shiny black paper weight so make sure to follow the steps exactly.
Just so you know I'm no expert everything you need is out there on the net you just need to be arsed to find it, infact everything you need is in this thread more than once so to be honest I don't know why I took the time to re-write it out again for a lazy bastard like you.

Th e short answer is you can't downgrade or up grade if you don't have GTA. You therefore cannot play PS1 games or ISO's as you PSP stands. Everything I have written works I have done it on 3 different PSP's and I know at least another 7 people that have done it the same way. I also said I WASN'T an expert I just know how to read!!!

i need help in the autopopstation command prompt.
here are my steps:
1. i opened "AutoPopstation4.bat"
2. i entered the name tekken2 (which is the exact same file inside the root of the AutoPopstation4 folder)
3. i entered the game name as tekken2
4. i then entered tekken for the name fragment
5. and under BASE4.DAT i took the code from the first line which was SLUS00006 and i wrote it down in notepad.
6. i entered a capital "Y"
7. i entered the game code as SLUS00006
8. the compressions level i entered as 9
9. i entered a capital D for Default
10. i typed in a capital Y
and under the text:
converting tekken2
it says cannot open .\..\tekken2
EBOOT.PBP was not created, an error occurred
Any idea what im doing wrong???pls help

It has to be GTA:LCS (original copy with 2.0 on the update, they brought out another copy later on that patched the loop hole and that can't be used) Once you have downgraded to 1.5 you then upgrade to 3.03oe-c and format your memory card (back up your saves first). Once you have formatted the stick you will have a folder in the root of the PSP called ISO simply place your ISO or CSO files in that folder and everything will run fine, you just have to go the memory stick under the game option on your PSP and you should see the games.

Thanks for the update
the games which i have downloaded are iso images can i paste the files directly into the iso folder.
after formatting the memory card does the iso folder directly comes or else i have to create it if i have to create it where i have to create it inside psp/game/iso or out side psp
if i place iso folder out side psp the psp is not showing the games files.
and where i run some updates i am getting an error like the game could not be started data corrupted.what does this mean any idea like how place folder in psp/game/

NO NO NO NO NO don't under any circumstances upgrade to 3.11. If you do it's Game Over on the Homebrew, ISO, PS1 games. There is currentlty no up or downgrader for 3.11. If you are on 3.03 the ONLY way you can get to play ISO's is to get a copy of GTA and follow what I have been telling you, for now that's it end of story nothing else will work full stop.
With regards to the folders all will become clear when you Changed to 3.03oe-c firmware. trying anything while you are onthe official firmware will not work you either won't see anything or the data will be corupt you have to be on 3.03oe-c or similar. When I say the root it would be "F:/ISO" where F denotes the drive you PSP useS on you computer when you connect via USB (yours might be different but mine is F).

No.
1) You can't play any downloaded games on any official Firmware no matter what you do. You have to upgrade to V3.03OE-C.
2) You cannot upgrade to 3.03OE-C without downgrading to 1.5 first.
3)You cannot Downgrade to 1.5 with out a copy of GTA.
This is the way it is there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING you can do with out a copy of GTA. Once you have GTA then you are good to go and the world is your oyster but untill then no amount of questions or MSN chats are goingto help you. This is my last post on this subject as I am just repeating myself again and again. I gather English is not you first language that's why I'm giving you some leway and trying to explain helpfully but I repeat once more and for the last time:
"YOU CAN DO NOTHING WITHOUT A UNPATCHED COPY OF GTA NO OTHER GAME WILL WORK"
Sorry if I soumd harsh but I really can't think of any other way to explain it. When you have GTA send me a private message through the forums and I will help you if I can.
All the best,
Strike.
P.S Don't put your email address in an open forum it's asking for trouble.

A question on the subject...
I downloaded Soul Reaver for PSX (too bad it's the Spanish language version :P) and got it working fine by just putting it in the GAME folder, but the screen is all small. Is it supposed to be like that? I mean there's this tiny little screen on the bottom of the PSP screen surrounded by huge black bars, and you can make it just a little bit larger from the menu but not much. On the other hand, Theme Hospital, another PSX game, fills up the screen just fine when I select 'full screen' from the emu options.

Sounds like a bad rip / conversion. I had a similar problem with Resident Evil 3 it was off centre and cut of the bottom of the screen. If you can just try downloading it from somewhere else.
