did u buy it or download a japanese backup copy?

If I can I will avoid downloading it from a torrent. I always try to avoid torrents and got a megaupload premium account recently and so have been downloading most stuff from there and haven't used a torrent for a while. Torrents are slow and eat up the bandwidth, but if SSBB hasn't been uploaded to Megaupload tomorrow I will be torrenting.

More bad news

New protoction of [Super Smash Bros Brawl]
After we experienced the war of SMG , once time we think everything is going better and we can have a wonderful future.
(Never mind , just murmur...)
But now , the Nintendo seems lunch a whole new protoction on Super Smash Bros Brawl again!
The JPN original disc already can be get in TW yesterday (with a not normal price - cost 30% MORE!!).
And by some forums , the test result is
1.LG-8164b can not dump the ISO out.
(so now all BT/ED iso are all fake!)
2.The "original disc" can not be played if u installed WiiKey v1.9G on DMS/D2A/D2B.
(Throw out a frame say the disc can not be recognized.)
3.Now only one chipset can work fine with this original disc is D2C with D2Ckey.
(Sorry , I don't buy the game , so I can't offer the result of yaosm.)
btw , the read side color of the disc is gold. Someone said it might be D9 disc.
(This still not be confirmed bcs all DVD-Rom can not recognize the disc.)"

That was posted super early this morning and is assumed fake. This isn't the only site I have read that has gotten originals to work on a WiiKey. Which makes me doubt this poster. Though I dont doubt there is a nasty guard on Smash.

Argh - i was expecting both my wiikey and my ... backup copy... today, and neither delivered. Hopefully wiikey tomorrow, but...
what is taking our japanese pirates so long to share the booty??!!?!?!
I would expect to see a .... backup copy ... floating in the bay by now, or crushed in a small nova.
Any word? Paid for brawl 6 months ago... but i think another day might actually kill me.

Understand that a good portion of shops still adhere to street dates. And the game wont be totally official for several hours yet. And even then there will be quite a few people that wont have time to rip/play till after work/school/etc. So I don?t expect a legit ISO till the weekend.

Though really, I bet there is something new Nintendo thought up that is preventing them from getting an ISO out. Nothing someone wont figure out, but just enough to keep things held up a bit.
