Some new ideas there, I like the look of the vehicles wonder how it will play. Has any1 got oblivion? Ime still completing PDZ and GRAW + have no money so ime not getting it yet.

Those pictures of ingame footage look very nice. However I fail to see the improvement in graphical quality they have over the Xbox 360? After seeing games like Gears of War and Mass Effect as well as Two Worlds and Project Offset, I cant see any difference in graphical quality.
Therefore I belive the next generation console battle will be determined by marketing and games.

those ps3 pics ^^^^ hot and i missed those even though i visit joystiq everyday,must to have been posted on the weekend,those pics look hot ,1 or 2 years from now games are going to look like nothing we have seen before , i mean seen now from that we will see 2 years from now ,oh yah never mind ,cant wait to buy this badboy.

its funny zelda, the games you think look ao great i have little interest to me. they seem overgloated. they may be kinda pretty, but arnt too good or dont seem fun. like gears of war, your big ugly strong things killing uglier aliens, how boring..
But they all do sort of the same thing, and that is rearrange what you thought was real, and they remind you of the beauty of very simple things. You forget, because youre so busy going from a to z, that theres 24 letters in between... You turn on... tune in... and you drop out...

you can not say that until you play the game anubis. also its not the only good looking game on the xbox 360, i can name about another 10 whcih are coming out this year, have just as good graphics as gears of war if not better and are xbox 360 exclusive. also most the these games have really good story lines and from what i can see have awesome gameplay, but obviously i can not say for sure untill i play them.
also what i like about gears of war is that its not like your average allien fps.

I can see when you have your own opinion anubis.
It was just like I was saying, both consoles seem on par when it comes to graphical capability so it will be the games that determine the outcome. However you must dislike Resistance: Fall of man (I.8) and unreal tournament which have big musclular men fighting aliens. These two games are highlights for the PS3.
You could then argue that you do dislike those PS3 games because of those reasons but you want Motor Storm, Metal Gear or Warhawk, but the 360 has similar games in the form of Ghost Reacon, Oblivion, Mass Effect, Dead Rising, Table tennis (by Rockstar), battle field two and Viva Piniata (classed as being one of the top 360 games for 2006 and looks amaing- nearly on par with toy story). These games are equaly good looking and have different game elements.

i like ut, i dont play as the jugernauts which are the odd things. i think of football players and overly large aliens fighting for a lame reason, and the r:fom i've not seen.

Its all about japanese rpgs. gow does look ver boring. it looks like it will be killswitch and has almost nothing online. id rather get the ps3 version resistance

I have to say I think Resistance looks good but GOW looks alot better in graphics and gameplay. We will have to wait and see. Also Japanese RPG's are the worst thing ever. If you want to know boring well play a Japanese RPG.

the only way you can tell whcih console is better firstly if it has been released and secondly you have to give it some time like a year before you see some good games. so the only way i can say i am leaning over to one side would be if i went on past experiences with ps2 and xbox. i will compare the ps3 and xbox 360 a year after the ps3 has been releaed, b/c by then all the crapy games should have been pushed out the system and the online cababilities will be at its peak in both.

ps3 is indefinatly the best console hands down. last i heard games are not a console, and they mean nothing to the consoles performance but only its sales. because it sells more doesnt mean its better. look at xbox over ps2, it sold far less but was more advanced. using games and sales to decide the better console would enstate that the ps2 in a technical standpoint would dominate the xbox. its more favored, but is not nessesaraly the better console.
