I just purchased an mp3/mp4 player from China, and I can't seem to figure out how to get music onto it yet, and the instructions aren't that clear. I am only slightly familliar with iTunes, so if anyone can help me out, that would be great! I formatted it, and when I did, everything that was on it disappeared! I have no idea what is going on.

All you do copy and paste your music onto your mp4 player.A removable disk should show up when you plug it into the computer.Just right click your music file and go to send to then your removable disk.A letter should be allocated to it.

Format it using these instructions. It should work. It's most probably that your player is hacked and isn't really 8gb.

This happens to everyone. All you have to do is go back to mp3 player disk tool and from that bar thingy put it to 0.Like this:

If it doesn't work, then I don't know.Cos I follow the same instructions and I fix my mp4.It was 4gb but turned out to be 1gb.It was hacked. To do it better try the formatting process all over again and make sure you do it right.

Ok.When you connect your player to the computer go to My Computer and there should be something called removable disk.If theres more than one click on both and check which one is your player. Then go to your picture file and right click it go to send to and then removable disk.
