Problem With Me, DVDshrink or Computer? (or all three)

I tried to help you. I guess the best advice I can give right now is decide where you want to start first then move from there one problem after another. I will help but you have to decide where we are going to start and when we start it will be one step then another now of this all over the place crap. If you where to shut your mouth, open you eyes and ears and do alittle reading you might learn something.

First, remove all unneeded programs.
Next, download and install CCleaner.
http://www.ccleaner.com/
Next, start CCleaner.
Have the Cleaner tab selected and click on Analyze.
When it's finished, click on Run Cleaner.
Then click on the Registry tab and click Scan for Issues.
Then Fix Issues.
Then click on the Tools tab and then click on the Startup tab.
Delete everything except your Anti-virus program.
Close and reboot.
Next
Download, install and run Advanced WindowsCare Personal Edition (Freeware)
Scan and fix all issues.
Download and install Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware.
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php
Don't click on the buy button. Just download and install.
Do a full scan of your hard drive and fix all issues.
Next
Defrag
Then you're ready for the next step.

Just looking at the right side of his desktop, he has 5 versions of Nero Installed, it appears. I wonder when he pushes the smart start button which version opens?? And with the other programs installed me thinks he's pulling our collective legs! I know I've seen the left side but can't find it and don't want to, but it was full of other programs. I'm sticking to needing the mental help and not the tech help!

I dont know that you can run more than 1 version of nero. I say that when I installed nero7 the installer told me nero6 had to be uninstalled, which it gives yu the choice to do it for you. But just for this post sake if you can run more than 1 version. Then when you the smartstart it will open the exe. that it is tied to. Its not like it would open all of the versions. Of course you would have to keep up which version was which. 1 thing that does come to mind is if shrink can keep them part.
As far as pulling or leg. I've had that feeling a time or 2. Thats just assuming this box we're looking at his their's. There is a small chance that this could be a younger simblin trying out their older brothers stuff. But anyway withthe apps I've seen on this desktop I know they have to have better sence with windows than what they are trying to show.

in addition to dialysis's post, uninstall all versions of nero of your pc properly then download & run the nero cleaner from nero. once that is done then install 1 version of nero but only 1 version.

Have you checked your memory and cleaned up nero? I also think you need to consoladate all your version into one.

Btw i only have one version of nero.. and its 7 allthose other things you see are just left overs of the uninstalled version

Make sure your DMA is on.
Burn a disc with Nero and post the burn log.

dma is on.. nero works..
the thing is .. that.. i tried to burn meet the robinsons..
and i used um ripit4 me in combination of dvd decryptor.. and i got some error.. at like 83% saying.. crc.. or crt error or somthing.. i forgot cuz i had already click abort

You did a burn that fast?
Post the burn log.
Are you saying that you now have a ripping problem and that the other problem was fixed?

Yes i think so..
i already did a burn.. i burnt "the counterfeiters and worked fine"
but these disney dvds always giving me trouble
