Send them the files in question and let them have a crack at it.
(Thanks to Olli for writing the original steps.)
Since Anydvd 6.3.0.9 beta, things have changed. This is what you do now (please do both):
(Thanks to Olli for writing the original steps.)
1. Send an email to Slysoft and include both
A. The Anydvd .zip log file
a) Ensure Anydvd is running.
b) Put the problematic original disc in your optical drive/reader. Wait for Anydvd to scan the disc.
c) Right click the red fox icon on your toolbar.
d) Select "Create Logfile"
e) Wait for Anydvd to create a log file.
f) A pop-up screen will appear. Take note of the location where Anydvd created the logfile and the logfile's name. Click "ok".
g) Windows Explorer will open. You will see a zip file called "Anydvd_Info_titleofmydisc.zip" (or something similar; see step f)
h) Write a an email to support(at)slysoft.com (replace (at) with @). Name your problem, try to identify the disc (e.g, Little Black Book, R2, UK), the UPC number if possible (below the barcode on the package).
i) They like if you include your AnyDVD serial number in this email. You find this information in the Settings Window -> About.
j) Attach ZIP file
B. The Clonedvd log file

Hmmmm well let's see Bangkok Dangerous is 8 pages and Dark Knight is 17 so take into account off topic, mod warnings I'll shoot for 15 pages and 400 posts.
Though I have the right to change my mind :) You know a woman's prerogative :)
Ah come now loco you know you love these types of threads or should I say the multitude of them :)
For those having problems if the latest beta does not work the movie may have bogus titles - you can uncheck these in CloneDVD - you can find them by highlighting the different titles and scrolling through them - they are the blank ones.

Well there it - another one solved by slysoft before it's released.
Probably had the same protection as Bangkok Dangerous - looks like it.
Thanks for posting your results CD0728!

Not to live in off topicland, but which flick had the most threads open at the same time? Spanglish, Madagascar, flick or one I'm forgetting about? I'm sure the mods have a hall of fame, special most bans per thread lifetime award somewhere.

I think the Saws take the price - I remember b/4 my 'mod-dom' they would sprout up every where weeks & months later.
Another biggie was Lords of Dogtown - the first one that decrypter couldn't handle since Macrovision shut down LightningUK!
That was big news then. Ah the olden days :)

It's just that way back whenever it was, we didn't close duplicate movie threads, and for certain films such as one or more of the Saw Movies, Madagascar, Spanglish and a few others, we had trillions of lazily posted threads on those movies. It was a nightmare, but funny at the same time. We'd close loads of threads then loads more would keep appearing straight away, and on (and on and on) it went, so we decided to allow only one thread per movie. It still didn't stop the posting-before-searching brigade but we'll never stop that here at AD.
The nearest thing to those days is in the DVB forums, masses of non-techie/non-aware people using tv boxes that need firmware whenever their unpaid-for viewing is stifled, a recipe for disaster :)
For me i seem to remember the first Madagascar film being the worst offender, every time i turned my back there was a new Madagascar thread :)

Let's just say i don't frequent the DVB forums anymore.
To bring myself back on topic it looks like Saw V isn't out in the UK until 09/03/2009 (that's March and not September for you Americans among us) :)
