okay... do does DVDFAB 5.2.3.0 burn SAW 5 successfully?? there's ppl on here that are saying it does and some are saying that it doesn't. Can someone clarify the answer?? like can it burn the whole disc? or can you only burn the movie?

I ripped mine, the second time; for fun, with DvdFab with no issues. I did not however transcode and burn with it. I would have to operate under the assumption that it would transcode and burn it. It wouldn't be a bad idea to run the files through either FixVts or VobBlanker before doing so.

Just did this one with DVDFab.
PgcEdit found 6 bad cells in the beginning and 4 at the end of the main movie.
44 uncalled Pgc's.
41 jumps to void Pgc's.
3 time maps had to be rebuilt.

99% of all problems are between the computer and the chair.

Kind of makes me want to re-rip this one and run it through PgcEdit. I've never used that program before. How complex is it Dialysis1?

Some assembly required.

It will work after any ripping program gets the files to the HDD.
It is easier to use than previous versions but there is much to learn about it. I use it instead of FixVTS because it does much more.

I will have to look into more then. I use FixVts on almost everything.

Some assembly required.

FixVTS can't change the way your DVD plays or delete unwanted stuff or delete angles or add and remove chapters or many of the other things that PgcEdit can do.

If you dig deep, you will find that it's not perfect. No ripping software is perfect.

Edit:
After re-reading some of my statements I realize that I should have worded it differently. I stated I use it instead of FixVTS because it does much more. This is incorrect. I should have stated I use it before FixVTS because it does much more. After using PgcEdit, you should then use FixVTS.
