I also have the same problem. I'm on 3.02 oe and it doesnt work for me either. I can dump to the stick just fine, but not even the split files work. It will just say the file is corrupt and I cant take it off the stick (presumably because the psp hasnt released the file/thinks its still writing the file). Furthermore, I cant use daxdumper .2 at all. wont do anything. I can only use .1

Dude prps for the tut! worked like a sexy beatch :P
Couple of points for other Dark_Alex users:
->Put the files into PSP/GAME150 NOT PSP/GAME
->Rename the folders to umddaxdumper% and umddaxdumper
Just those 2 changes and it works flawlessly on my 3.10oE!

oh forgot to add concerning file sizes, download:
CiSO Converter v1.00 GUI
think i got it from qj, reduces my GTA:LCS from 1.16GB (compression 9) to 582MB (compression 9 again)

Thanks, your fix helped me too. Maybe it's because I have a newer PSP with that "unhackable" fix from Sony, I think it's a TA-82. So far I can only dump games to my 2GB memory stick. But at least it works! Also, thanks Hodgins!

Wanted to say thank you Hodgie for all your great work in making the tut easy to follow. I am using 3.03 OE C and had no problem following your tut and getting it to work first time. I simply moved the dumped ISO into my ISO folder on the PSP and everything worked well. No devhook at all. In case you are wondering, I am a total noob also I have only backed up games I own.........so far

Hi
I am having trouble with this.
I have followed the tutorial and get to the bit about the PC making the device connection sound. Mine doesn't make the normal one, but makes 2 deep ones. Also it doesn't detect it as PSP Type B, but a "USB Device" with no drivers installed. When I try to install the drivers supplied with the tutorial it doesn't take them.
Any ideas?
Using 3.10OE-A
EDIT: Got it to recognise it has PSP Type B. But the PC side won't connect :(

I cannot play the ISO that I dump in my memory stick.
The game that I'm trying to backup is GTA:LCS (patched version). I have a TA-82 and fw: 3.10 oe a'.
Other ISO file that I have is working fine but for this game its not working. Kindly advise what is the possible resolution on this.
Many thanks!
