can someone tell me if SSBB burn on vebratim DVD+R DL with imgburn 2.4x will work fine on Pal wii 3.2e d2ckey? and what do I need to do if it dosent work?

Not possible. I have 9mpbs per second and higher and i still get lag. bad lag at that. makes it unplayable. kinda sucks.

You have to wonder if its a numbers thing, that is to say Nintendo is experiencing massive load that they weren't prepared for (does ANY company ever have enuff servers at launch?)..
The reason I say this is because IGN had the game before release and they said all games were lag free, I believe gamespot also said the same thing.
Also make sure your friends are relatively close geographically to you, i.e if you're east coast, don't expect to have a lag free game with someone on the west coast.

wireless connections can be finky at some times. it's nice for internet browsing, but for gaming, a wired connection is best.
so if you can, use the usb/ethernet adapter. if you must use wireless, make sure your computer isn't using any internet resource hogs (d/l, torrents, streaming, etc.) and you have a strong connection.

Can anyone confirm if Ridata DVD DL+R will work with SSBB on US wii?
I can get two Ridata DL from a friend, just want to know if it works with wii.

I've read these forums time and time again, and i understand the corruption method and I've done it many times, but i still can't get my Authentic Brawl to work. I know the its corrupted because it won't read any copies and it can read Brawl but it gets stuck at the Now Loading screen. and just keeps loading
I have been able to play twice, but that was on the rare occasion. I have recovered the wiikey just to corrupt it, but all attempts seem to have the similar result. Is there any other way to get Brawl working besides installing a switch?

Hye guys,
i Downloaded Friidump 0.4.0 and i get get it to run. im on vista. i tried running it thhroughthe cmd prompt. and i got as far as
C:\Program Files
but when i try to go to frii dump it gives me an error
any idea? i think its cause i dont have it sinstalled i jsut downloaded and extracted it on my desk top. but when i click the files that extracts a black box appears and dissapears. idea idea?

I burned the game on a Verbatim DVD+R DL @ 2.4x (the maximum speed for this one). The game updated my Wii perfectly, but after the loading screen I get a "Disc Cannot be Read" error :( I only have 2 Verb's left what should I do? :(

if the disc cannot be read error comes up during the intro video playing leave the wii on with the game still running, eject the game and pop it right back in, i hit A and it takes me to the game menu to pick what i want to play.

It seems that people in this thread dont have much info regarding getting the iso to play on a PAL D2ckey Wii with the latest update.
I burnt the iso with imageburn twice at 1x speed. The first one was regionfriied from ntsc to PAL and the second was brick blocked and regionfriied. The first wanted to update my system so i turned my system off so i dont get bricked, and the second loaded up, but when i press start i just get a black screen- not sure why?? it may be that this game just isnt compatible with PAL...anyone else have any luck??..ive searched for answers in in afterdawn with no luck..

UMM..GO TO PAGE ONE. You will find complete instructions there. I am sure that the problem is that friidump is on your desktop and not installed on the c: in the folder called program files where it should be.

larry, i think the newbies are lazy to look at the past 80+ pages for the answer. they expect everything to be handed to them.
it doesn't work like that on aD.
i knew that when i was going to join aD, you have to do your research first before you ask. honestly, it's wasn't even that hard. now, i've gained respect from the members and mods because i followed the rules.
now, i know that there are some people who are thinking "why do we have to go through so much just to play our retail SSBB?". the answer is because nintendo is getting smarter at trying to prevent modchips from working. if you want to complain, then complain to all game console maker for not making their systems region free.

i didnt try the DL ridatas but all my games are backed up normal ridatas and tayio Yudens so im pretty sure the ridatas will work..they usually a good blanc media except with TDK and some lap top burners. trust me, get a duel layer pioneer, they like $40 canadian and flawless.

can anyone confirm the wiizard version working on the argon latest firmware?
also for PAL wii, is the update OK to run or does the disc need brickblocking? The wiizard is already patched no?
