With a PSP 3000 you can't use Pandora's Battery. What firmware version is on the PSP at the moment?

Xbox 360: Slim untouched with a faked 320 GB harddrive for XBL, phat with LT 3.0, played Halo early, so going on live would be an instand ban, also with a faked 320 GB harddrive
PS3: Untouched 160 GB Slim, 60 GB Fat with latest Rogero and 160 GB internal harddrive.
PSVita: hardly ever play it
GameCube: Black with a Viper chip installed. With gameboy player. Trying to get a Wavebird controller.

I am going to buy it this weekend so i don't know

Can the Psp Go get the firmware so I can play all iso games or is it better to stick to psp 3000?

you're better off getting a used 1000 series. or if you want a slim, a used 2000, but you're playing chance with those.

ps2: v7 scph-39001 - independence exploit - hdloader 0.8c - maxtor 300gb hdd
(+[__]%) psp slim ta-085v1: 6.60 PRO B10
wii (powered by bootmii/priiloader): 4.1u - d2x v10beta53-alt (base 56) - configurable usb loader v70r51/devolution r188 - wd scorpio black 7200rpm 320gig w/ ams venus ds2 enclosure

got a whole lot more to list . . .

there's no custom firmware for the pspgo, and most likely, the 3000s sold in stores right now have been updated past 5.03. so you're pretty much stuck in buying all the games, which you should be doing that in the first place anyways, and no homebrew.

besides, 1000 and 2000 series have permanent firware solutions, tried and true.

ps2: v7 scph-39001 - independence exploit - hdloader 0.8c - maxtor 300gb hdd

doesn't mean they will work on all psp's. look at all of the 2000 series revisions. people get pissed that the firmware isn't permanent, but they fail to realize they have a ta-088v3 mobo.

why NOT buy a psp. who care if it's used or new. get one that's guaranteed to work the way you want it.

besides, doesn't mean the psp is useless without custom firmware. it's still a portable gaming system regardless.

ps2: v7 scph-39001 - independence exploit - hdloader 0.8c - maxtor 300gb hdd

let's see you play fighting games or RPGs on a full touchscreen device. even racing games are better on the traditional gamepad instead of the accelerometer.

dinosaur1.... do you even read the replies people post for you?!!?
He oviously answered these two questions you are asking again...
But as you seem a little bit slow.... I will repeat what was said to you.

PSP300 CAN`T use custom firmware because there is NONE available for it and if there is.... I haven`t heard much about it.

A PSP Slim and PSP 2000 are the same PSP.

Now if you bothered to take some time to read and understand what was written and replied to your previous questions , we wouldn`t have to be explaining all this again and thinking geez....this kid is annoying he doesn`t even bother to read my answers to the questions he asked > <

Let's see... Internal battery, which you can't swap for a spare one you have with you, so if the battery goes dead while traveling you need to reload it first. The touchscreen device isn't the best idea for playing games. You are too cheap a$$ to pay for your games, but you would invest around 300 US$ for the hardware when the alternative is less than 100? Also, has the 4G already been jailbroken? (Nothing against the Ipod touch, it's a nice little MP3-Player or videoplayer, but not a gaming console).

Xbox 360: Slim untouched with a faked 320 GB harddrive for XBL, phat with LT 3.0, played Halo early, so going on live would be an instand ban, also with a faked 320 GB harddrive

yes, 4th gens can be jailbroken. did my brother's right when it came out. anything over 4.1 is tethered.

but seriously OP, get a USED 1000 or 2000 like i said in the beginning. and do some damn research before you post. there's a reason the search bar is right on top.

they changed the motherboard to one that is not compatible to the permanent custom firmware solutions there is still homebrew enablers but when you turn it off, not into standby they revert back to the original firmware

so in short if you want to run true custom firmware you need to stay to the older system or read up on chikhen

I'am going to confuse you a little more here sorry but with the psp2000 there was more the one version released the psp with the ta-088-v motherboard have the same issues with custom firmware. you are able to know which version you are buying by the serial number at the bottom of the console which they don't tell you or i cant see it any where

some interesting information can be found here http://forums.afterdawn.com/t.cfm/f-149/5_50_ta-088v3_downgrade_true_false-819574/
