I have the PSP Slim and am looking to mod/install homebrew on it. I currently have version 5.50 of the firmware.

Unfortunately I have had a hard time trying to find out even if this is possible or not. I found some links online with regard to a 6.2/6.35 downgrader but have read in some other places with regard to this not being feasible or not a real hack.

While I am fairly savvy with computers I am fairly new to working with the PSP. Any confirmation on the possibility of modding it would be great.
