My psp has a problem. Since i have no battery i lost it during summer my psp does a sort of malfunction. It is showing the charging light when i plug it in with the charger and it doesnt come on. Can this be that it needs a battery to play it or it just needs to hard reboot. plzzz tell me how to fix it!!!!

I think the PSP does need a battery to turn on.

I think it might be bricked. I think i need more information to help you. if you havent fixed it by now, try using a pandora battery if you have one. if you dont, try to borrow a friends batteryto start up your system. judging at the adge of this thread, i think you most likely bought a new battery.
