Hi I have a small red pixel stuck on the screen of my psp 3000 so what I would want to know is can it be safely removed by any methods.I would also like to know if anyone has personally experienced stuck pixels before and have successfully fixed them.
Any and all help will be much appreciated and thanks in advance.

Get a new screen.

Xbox 360: Slim untouched with a faked 320 GB harddrive for XBL, phat with LT 3.0, played Halo early, so going on live would be an instand ban, also with a faked 320 GB harddrive
PS3: Untouched 160 GB Slim, 60 GB Fat with latest Rogero and 160 GB internal harddrive.
PSVita: hardly ever play it
GameCube: Black with a Viper chip installed. With gameboy player. Trying to get a Wavebird controller.

This might helb, if the pixel is really only stuck, the problem is that PSPs mostly suffered dead pixels, this already began with the 1k models, where this was a massive problem.
Got to love the comment on this video:

Hey ps355528 I'll try and see if that video fixes the stuck pixel problem, and Eisherz I did specifically mentioned that I have a stuck pixel and not a dead pixel.I did encountered a dead pixel in my old psp 1000 in fact several dead pixels but somehow it was easily fixed by just removing the faceplate and putting it back on.

Well unfortunately no,I played the video file for quite some time but it didn't helped and I also read on one of the forums that running the video for long durations can actually add some more stuck pixels(don't want that). The psp is played mostly by my brother and he says that he doesn't notices the stuck red pixel in game so I might just have to live with it because I don't have the money to buy a new screen, but if any of you have some suggestions then please suggest.

If you can build it in yourself the screen actually isn't all that expensive:

Switching it is easy enough too (but maybe I am not the one to say that, I switched the entire housing and the UMD drive on my 2k). The screen can be accessed by removing the faceplate.

HOLY SHIT!! that is really cheap, although I've never replaced a PSP LCD I've opened it a couple of times and a while back use to watch a lot of PSP repairing videos back then so I think it might not be that hard to do it.But as I said its not bothering my brother (who plays most of the time actually all the time)but in the future I might get that shining new LCD.Thanks a lot for your help as always.
