Dear friends,
Don't worry me too get that same problem and i panicked.
Recently i downloaded a game and ever thing was all worked (game) bla bla bla...
now, i decided too plug the USB to my PC and as normal please wait came. 3min past and PLEASE WAIT still was there.. I tried even too put only the MS in my PC but still nothing happened her is th solution guys...

I thought... and the solution was too delete the game i just downloaded before and luckily enough it worked i deleted it from the psp and thanks god ok till now...
