does anybody know how to disable the HENC on DARK_ALEX's devhook version because im having alot of trouble with chunglam's devhook. everytime i put in my umd disc and go to my umd selection in my game menu, it brings up a cd icon called "dummy umd" then when i select it it says i need to update to version 9.99 WTF?!?! although it looks cool and all i think i want to stick with the old one but i have know idea how to get killzone liberation to work.
its strange because i got GTA VCS to work fine in DARK_ALEX's devhook so i cant figure out why it wont work for Killzone!?!

Yo panther.. sorry about before. Anyways, I downloaded a demo of killzone... killzone.iso
Where do I create a folder? In MS_Root? Also, after I create it (I've tried this already), I do the whole HENC and devhook thing... choose version 2.71(flash) in devhook and go to UMD right?
Well, in UMD, all I see is "UMD disk"... I don't see killzone.iso... what am I doing wrong?
BTW... junior, I still haven't gotten the SNES thing to work... I downloaded that version way back, and even tried it again today, and I got corrupt data. I didn't download it from that site, because I get some weird leeching error, and I can't register on that site.. please man, I want to play on my PSP

i downloaded dark alex version of dev hook and everything and i can play psp games off my memory card like GTA VCS i realle want to play GBA games on my psp and i downloaded gpSP and i hav the games i want but when i set it to emulate 1.5 and hit start it always turns off instead of restarting. anybody know why this happens?

ok ridefire lets see... u got the GBA roms, u got the easyinstaller,and u got the gpsp folders (gpsp% & gpsp), now all u need a "gba_boot.bios" file (they are hard to find because they arent legal). Get the gba_boot.bios and put it in the gpsp folder... everything should be in order. i forgot to mention to change the file name of "GBA_BOOT.bios" to "gba_bios.bin" that should do the trick.
chaosnova: if u have an iso then u shouldnt need to create anything. just drag and drop your killzone iso into ur iso folder and run the devhook it should work from there. if u dont have an iso folder then i suggest u reformat, re-apply the easy installer, and try again. also its good to see that u got ur head straight. just remember to take ur pills and u shouldnt have to go through anymore of ur mood swings J/K cheers!!

Hey sup
This is my first time posting here and I have been with QJ forums for awhile but had some trouble finding answers to my questions. So ill be here on this forum from now on.
I have this issue I been trying to figure out the past few weeks.
I have a 2.71 TA082 and everything has been well especially with my ISOs
most recently with newer games I have been getting trouble loading the games. It will recognize the ISO and even show the demo/trailer before you go into the game. But once i get past the PSP logo screen the system will just shut down?
These are all ISO games that people with other versions of DH say works? Why is it giving me problems? I been searching around but havent found many HEN C users.

i did what u said panthers but when im in devhook and select firmware 1.5 and hit start the screen goes black and turns off instead of restarting do u kno what i did wrong.

sorry everyone i was really busy in the last 3 days.
@ridefire, u need to download the fw 1.5 dump. read over the steps again and there should be a link that tells u where to download the 1.5 dump.
@Chaosnova, i really dont know wats happening man... dammit. i dont know if its wat your doing or if its your psp man sorry
@rouge, make shure u have a background installed and no umd inside the psp. good luck

yea im trying to figure it out too. Im using alex's HEN C and DH 2.71

if u guys want to play killzone on dark_alex devhook then use henB instead.coz this way hen's will not be on the emulated 2.71.but HENC will.but problem with HENB is that you cannot use homebrews or go to devhook after you have emulated to 2.71 but then u can play killzone good luck guys

well in dark_alex's easyinstaller he has a "HEN" folder and a "HENC" folder in the photo menu but no sign of "HENB" am i missing somthing?? what is henb??

@pspjunior - you didn't read the sizes for signatures - 5 lines of text. reword your sig to have a max of 5lines...

sucessfully loaded devhook, but i can't load a game... drags me to 1.5 all the time so I have to use fastloader. Do I need Devhook for 1.5?

hey guys
i updateD my TA-082 To fw 2.71 and ran henc. The screen went blue then green, resetted my psp, and then i ran devhook. i saw the black screen with the purple box and chose firmware. then, whenever i choose 1.50, it just goes back to the other menu. i pressed circle and it goes back to the previous menu, and wen i press start, it doesnt do anything. i tried all the buttons and nothing happens. HELP!!!!!

Hey guys whats up new to the site and very confused maybe somebody here can help me. I have a 1.5 firmware psp but can't play anything on it unless I upgrade. now I need help playing homebrew games or whatever,when it comes to this stuff I'm pretty much a retard,so a slow step by step would be cool. and also would I want to upgrade from 1.5 to 2.71 se or something like that?
