Very slick. The end product is the expected .iso. I don't think Decryptor has a burner, but it does work in tandem with other burners
that do not necessarily show themselves in the process.

This worked great for me! Thanks

I'm having trouble burning this to a dual layer. Here's what I've tried so far:
DVDFabDecrypter -> FixVTS -> Imgburn build ISO to hard drive -> Imgburn to DL DVD
Here I got a No Seek Complete error when finalizing the disc
Ripit4me -> Imgburn build ISO directly to DL DVD
Here I got some wierd Power Calibration Error at exactly 50%

I've burned plenty of DL's before, so I doubt there are any problems with my media and what not. I have the latest firmware for my nec 3540a. I had a question about the size of the iso...shouldn't it be something like 8.5 gigs (max size of a DL)? I seem to remember the size I was trying to burn was only 7.3 or so. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

Oh, I should mention, I've already been able to shrink it and burn it to a single layer dvd using Ripit4me -> DVDShrink -> DVDDecrypter.

Originally, before I followed the steps I described earlier using the mentioned programs, I would get an error at exactly 50% which I also thought was too much of a coincidence. I dont have any dual layer experience, but try using the programs step by step mentioned in above posts if they apply to dual layer, and it should all work out. Also, the movie may not be as large as some others (having not been shrunk) since the movie has a 2nd disc with all the special features on it. Just a guess.

Good luck.

I've been having trouble with Shrink lately, so I downloaded CloneDVD to try something new. AnyDVD and CloneDVD breezed right through.

AnyDVD ripped it for me, and Shrink compressed it.

I was able to rip it with...

1. AnyDVD 6.1.2.5 in the background
2. DVD Decrypter 3.5.4.0 in 'File mode'
3. DVD Shrink 3.2.0.15

Worked like a charm.

Ripit4me and follow the instructions. Also make sure when you use DVD Shrink you close any unnecessary programs. Since DVD Shrink is a resource hog.

Here's what I did to copy this to DL:
Have latest AnyDVD running in background -> DVDDecrypter (Mode ISO Read) -> DVDDecrypter (Mode ISO Write)

Here's what I did to copy this to SL:
Ripit4me (Wizard Mode, Full DVD) -> Ripit4me automatically runs FixVTS -> DVDShrink -> DVDDecrypter

I'd still like someone to explain to me how you can rip it to DL without using AnyDVD (my trial expires soon).

Use Ripit4me, it's free, just takes a little longer than AnyDVD/CloneDVD2.

just tried this but am having a problem. When I use 1-click, it will open my ImgBurn/DVD Decrypter but not DVD Shrink and I get some errors. Says it is "excluding VTS xx from rip because it is unreferenced". Then "WARNING! Unable to patch decrypter!". Any suggestions? I usually rip with shrink and then burn with the ImgBurn/Decrypter combo.

Try uninstalling some of the programs, then reinstalling them. If you
know where the original setup files for them are, you can simpy uninstall them, then reinstall them. I think the ripit4me file is the
critical file assembling all the others, so it might be best to do that one first.

If you want an error free Dl burn then if you have the program use CloneCD.It successfully optimizes the layer break better than any other programs out there.Better than Shrink,Nero,ImgBurn,DVDDecrypter.

Clonecd=perfect DL Rip and Burn. Now just use great quality media like Verbatim and well Verbatim.

I did re-auther just shrinking the the main movie, but I was able to preview the movie in both 'Full Disc' and 'Re-auther' mode without the green you speak of. I may have seen that green in one of the Extras but it wasn't a problem otherwise.

I have been trying to back up Casino Royale and The Holiday. First I used DVD Shrink and ImgBurn to no avail. I then read how Ripit4me, the newest version, works so well. When I use it everything goes well until DVD Decrypter starts its part, it never gets past 2%. Can anyone recommend anything?
