Ace argued for about 4 pages that PE wasn't online and gave everyone crap about it.

You should apologise to each and every person you argued with.

Next time get your facts right.

And didn't you only come here to educate people on proper DNA$ use? Seems you've done that but you're still here?

It seems every second post you make is an advertisement for backupscene now.

Thx for the vote of support ditta, don't worry about THSMaster, he's been banned from here twice now & that's his 3rd username. He'll never learn - too immature, with no respect for others.

The game Mortal Kombat Armageddon has just been released for PAL in Australia over a week early - http://www.mortalkombatonline.com/conten...ge.cds?id=94973

Is it possible to get a DNA$ code from these games to work on PAL in Europe?

Thanks...

Yes it's possible, if someone from Oz posts the official ID, or we had the elf file number from the box spine/disc/elf file on the disc (SLES_xxx.xx) to generate an ID.
But then it's not available for download yet, or to buy anywhere else in PAL territories, so I don't see what good it'd do you yet.

Actually reef was a temp name that I never intended to keep.

I was banned for two weeks, and instead of logging back in as reef after the two weeks I created a new user name. As you can see by the '>reef' at the bottom of my post, I have no intention of hiding my identity.

The first ban that was indefinite was worth it. It was a suicide post and I don't regret it.

The second time was worth it too, I can easily handle two weeks without posting here, not like some people who rely on it as their only social outlet.

And unlike you I don't care what it says under my name, so I don't do what some people do (you) and make a zillion posts as quick as I can so my member status goes up and I have the apparent right to tell people how and what to post and tell them to go to an apparently (I'm not pointing any fingers nor do I confirm this) homosexually affiliated web site called backupscene.

I've been here a lot longer than you uk1 and I have never had a problem with anyone cept you, you're the one with attitude problem, not me. People might kiss your butt to get DNA$ IDs, but I don't need to so I don't cop your crap mate.

And to the guy with questionable intelligence there, have a look at his posts buddy, he did nothing but mock those with a different opinion as to wether or not PES6 was online until he realised that it actually might be there (which it indeed was) and then he changed his tune.

If you can't see that, get yourself a labrador mate.

*None of the above post contained name calling (the official reason for my last ban) or anything that violates the rules and code of conduct. Thank you for your time.

Thanks for that but where did you get it from? I can't find a torrent of MKA for PAL anywhere. Does it definitely work?

Thanks

I bought the game. It's already out in Australia.....I suppose it's not out anywhere else.
When I go and try online in the game it says the servers didn't respond.....
They probably won't start the servers til it's out everywhere.

Yes, it came out in Australia for some reason over a week before everywhere else in the PAL zone. Europe doesn't get it until Friday 27th.

It's weird, usually we get games much later over here. Madden came out a month later than the US, SOCOM3 was about 6 months behind.
Now Mortal Kombat is early, and I just heard FIFA07 on XBOX360 is out early as well. Ahhhhh....so proud to be an Aussie...hehehe

To the person named 'ditta:

PES6 doesn't have online play, so there'll be no DNA$ for it. Page 5 <<

Not the 1st time a game site has said a game has online play, and has been wrong.
Trust me, I've got the JAP version (Winning Eleven 10) and online play has been removed for this years game. Page 6 <<

Then explain why, on every games industry website (not public sites like gamespot, ign etc..)
none of Konami's press releases mention anything about online play?
WE is ProEvo, ProEvo has always been an exact port of WE, so if its not in WE10, why would it be in PES6,
and why would Konami not mention it to the press?
Surely it would be a big selling point? Page 6 <<

I've seen the pic m8. But Konami have listed all the features of PES6 on a few industry sites, and DO NOT mention online play.
What they do mention are the exact same features that WE10 has, which is consistent with every other PES game ported from their WE franchise.
Its not the 1st time a games' company has pulled the plug on online play after a BETA version. Remember Electronic Arts & Need For Speed?
Everyone argued that NFS: Most Wanted had online play, until the game was released, and EA had removed that function, despite previous games in the series having the feature.

The only people that can confirm if the final version has online play, are Konami. And at this moment in time, they are saying it doesn't!
If they decide to include it at a later stage, then great. And I'm quite sure they'll include that info in future press releases, and a lot of people will be happy. But until then, with evidence from Konami themselves, we must assume that there is NO online play in the final version.

ace1uk you shouldnt really talk like that if you dont know what your talking about pro evolution 6 will definetly have online play ive got WE10 aswell just like i had WE9 they never put online play in the 1st versions of WE as it is not the complete version the finished version of WE is called J LEAGUE . . .
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Reeeeeeally. Hmm, let me see.

Winning Eleven series by Konami
http://uk.gamespot.com/ps2/sports/worlds...ven9/index.html (WE9 - note online symbol on JAP box)
http://www.lik-sang.com/info.php?category=27&products_id=8847 (WE10 - note NO online symbol on box)
J League Soccer by.............oh!.....SEGA!!!
http://uk.gamespot.com/ps2/sports/jleagu...rou5/index.html

Feel free to do your own Google search, but I think you'll find that Winning Eleven & J-League are by different companies & that Pro Evo Soccer is an EXACT port of the JAP Winning Eleven franchise.
Winning Eleven 9 had online play (as can be seen from the JAP boxshot in the link above), so did Pro Evo 5.
Winning Eleven 10 does NOT have online play (as seen on JAP box in link above), neither will PES6.

So, frenzie, before you go trying to show your knowledge, make sure you back it up with facts & do your research before posting, otherwise you make a fool of yourself matey!
It's obviously YOU that has no clue what you're talking about!

I've got a Final press release from gamespress.com dated September 2006 to post, which actually confirms the removal of online. Watch this space! Page 7 <<

Pro Evolution Soccer kicks off!
Konami Digital Entertainment GmbH confirms October 27th launch date for the eagerly-awaited PES6 in Europe
Konami Digital Entertainment GmbH has confirmed that it will launch the PlayStation 2, Xbox 360 and PC-DVD versions of its highly anticipated Pro Evolution Soccer 6 on October 27th, with the PSP? (PlayStation®Portable) and Nintendo DS versions to follow shortly after.

The Konami football game enters its sixth incarnation with an unrivalled reputation for realistic and gripping gameplay. Key improvements to Pro Evolution Soccer 6 include new player AI with team mates running into space more intelligently, while the physical nature of the sport has also been enhanced with new turns and defensive blocks to learn, alongside closing down unmarked opponents.

The shooting system has also been refined, and players will be able to attempt more snap shots than in previous versions, while volleys and half-volleys have been reworked. It is also now possible to retain control of the ball after performing a sliding tackle, while all-new feints and backwards dribbling are now possible thanks to the improved dribbling controls. Coupled with the series? famed realism, the result is a more flowing and fluid game with all the movement and pace of the real thing.

Konami?s has also added a raft of new licensed sides to Pro Evolution Soccer 6, and all versions will include the fully-licensed kits and squads for the Czech, French, Australian, English, Italian, Argentinian, Spanish and Swedish national sides. Similarly, the French Ligue 1 Orange has been added to the game, alongside key European sides such as Sporting Lisbon, Benfica, Olympiacos Piraeus, and Manchester United.

Another key addition to the October launch, is Pro Evolution Soccer 6?s first appearance for a Next Generation format. Released alongside the established PlayStation 2 version, the Xbox 360 game features massively improved visuals and audio effects, while the player AI is also noticeably improved as Producer Shingo ?Seabass? Takatsuka and his team flex their skills using the 360 system?s advanced capabilities.

Unfortunately, these enhancements to the gameplay and game engine have meant that online play will not be available in Konami's latest incarnation of the popular franchise due to, among other things, memory restrictions in most of the major consoles.

?This is the date all football fans have been waiting for,? commented Martin Schneider, European Marketing and PR Director for Konami Digital Entertainment GmbH. ?October 27th will see established Pro Evolution Soccer fans looking to get their hands on the latest version, while we are delighted to be bringing the first Next Generation version to Xbox 360 users, and taking the many delights of Pro Evolution Soccer to an all-new audience. The season truly starts here ? and, despite the omission of any online features due to the team's concentration on key improvements to the game engine and fluidity of the title, Pro Evolution Soccer 6 will once again top the table of the football genre.?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Source: gamespress.com Press Release date 29/9/2006. Page 7 <<

Believe whatever you want, but in the real world, Konami have confirmed there's NO online play! Page 7 <<

confirms no online on because of 'memory restrictions in most of the major consoles'. The 360 is far more powerful than the PS2, so if 360 wasn't to have online, then PS2 definately wouldn't. As it stands, none of them do.
3. You don't have a clue what you're on about! You thought Sega's J-League Soccer was the same as Konami's WE/PE Soccer. Page 7 <<

Oh dear! Page 8 <<

Or maybe its because it doesn't have online play? After all, the nfo does say it's a french retail dvd

Perhaps its just the French version that won't be online though, huh?
I expect the English version will - just to p**s off the froggies!...yeah, that'll be it................surely?

Or is that just clutching at straws? Page 8 <<

Makes no difference. The ID will be the same. Same game, same ID.
But there's still no way to go online with a backup of it. Page 8 <<

So how bout that apology ace?

lol, lol and more lol.
