Hi, in the installation section, make sure that you use the automatic scan and in that the section 'network scan' in set to 'enable'. If you do this you should get all the channels.

You can also hit the downfreqency in manual scan !
I think thats what craigstar meant by down scan lol ....

Hey MAINAMN how's u mate? question for ya! I have a box here. Its one of them boxes that can record. Its called D-Box but it has software on it that still causes the channels to glitch. Anywhere I can pick up the latest software for it?

Anytime I've had channels with no sound I just deleted them out and did a manual scan to reinstall them. Worked every time for me.

I havnt tested v2600 yet mate !
But I will do before the weekend..
Also All boxes are experiencing channel losses of some kind
All u can do is find the freq they are on and try a re-scan mate..

just press the audio button on your remote and choose ENG
a manual scan will get the sound back but the remote way is much quicker

hi all,
digivox only picking up on 37 chs.on every autoscan,factory reset,switch box off /on then eventually all chs. found,i think it is getting like starview 1/!

Hi,
Anybody know how to get rid of the annoying "scrambled or bad channel" info message that pops up every so often. Screen blacks out and this message is displayed for about 20 seconds before normal viewing is restored. Is there anything I can download onto box to stop this happening?
Help greatly appreciated as always!....thanks
