mine only blinks now and again for a split second!,
how long does yours ?
anyway its just a glitch, new software would prob sort it out but its not a big deal, ( for me anyway)

i was trying to update firmware on digivox failed everytime from pc port not opening[ can opener wanted ] getting pissed of now.tried 2nd pc [ just out of retirement ] and works ,downloads to boxes.
on doing a box to box transfer i notice slave switches off after code data, switch back on then chanel data.
is that normal???

i photocopyied that info 10 days ago very handy thanks,secondly port problem with pc that why not work. thirdly box to box transfer slave switches off after code transfer odd,starviews dont!

hi it was 200 original and needed to update to 2500 my first pc broken. second pc updated box ok
on doing transfer from master to slave of codes, slave goes off have to switch back on to finish transfer of chanel data and i wondered why as starviews dont switch off???
just checked v02 2500bk

there is no list that I know of !
What do u mean u had 'A' on display.
did it happen when u where trying a box transfer ?
never seen this happen before. I must have a look at mine and see what happens !
Ill let u know but it will be during week...

Ill let u know but it will be during week...
yes doing box to box transfer it came up on master ,i left it alone and went into slave to switch emu on rs232 lead still plugged in ,and when updated finished picture on slave ,master reset itself to 101.

I seem to be able to get most channels; however I can't get Sedanta Sports 2! Any idea how I can tune just one channel in and what frequency it's on?

Before u do anything , seta**a sports 2 only comes on at certain times !
If you cant get it at all Try and determine the lowest transponder frequency that you can get a signal on.
Look at the frequencies you already have on the channels saved so far and choose the lowest.
Then in the installation menu select MANUAL SCAN and set that as the frequency.
Make sure you can see a signal and scroll down to Network scan and change to ENABLE with the Right arrow.
While still highlighted, click OK.
Scanning should then begin. It will say 1/1 to start with but should then jump up to 1/?? (the ?? being 2 digits).
The other transponders may have been picked up by scanning other providers.

Guys - setanta 2 on my digivox has sound but no picture. I did a rescan and still the same. Any ideas?

Hi joey. its a problem in a lot of area's at the moment , including mine so id say just bear with it for a while. They must be working on something.. a rescan wont do anything m8 !

Cheers MAINAMN. Got word back from a tech mate of mine who said the reason this is happening is because its duplicated as an unused channel on 140 he goes on to say just rename it. I hope its that simple m8.

Thanks joe. That should work. if it dosnt maybe just manual scan , hit downfreq and delete the bad/unused one !

Yep MAINAMN looks like you were right. You need to do a rescan and down the frequency on the unused channel. Then rename it and move it to where you have the other setanta channels. The unused channels are in and around 130 to 140. Annoying but it does fix the problem.
