Hi Joey ,a factory reset will only affect the things that u have changed on your box ( ie. fav's order and names etc)It wont affect any firmware Updates which u have loaded !
As scouser just said, This is a new thing it seems for all of us so we'll have to keep fingers crossed that it doesnt becomes a common thing and also that it dosent effect the autoroll.
Thanks for the info scouser m8 !

Hiya Main, Ryan has tested a clone starview with the new 2.57 on it, and it still autorolls, (checked by pressing the default key button), after the box went through the autoscan this morning. So some good news :)

Hi,
Happened to me, most channels gone this morning! Just cleared all channels from channel edit menu and manually rescanned! Worked fine. Didn't need to turn EMU off or back on.

By the way does anybody know how to stop those "Scrambled or bad channel" interruptions that happen every now and again. Is this the loop in action. Do we just have to grin and bear it ;-)
