Must be the Riteks, I can't get it to work either. Burned it at 1x and 2x on Ritek R04 and I get nothing.

hi again,
long time no post,
if you can't play the 'pi kiosk' disc yet then here is some advice

I got it to run on a dvd-rw and I extracted the files in ...
'COD2' - call of duty 2 and run them on a cd-rw.

ok extract the pi rars untill you end up with a file called '???.360'
then rename '???.360' to '???.ISO'

then use 'Qwix 1.01' to extract the files to a new folder

make sure you have the root of the iso contain the folders and directorys of the disc and not the pi 'folder'

edit 'gamedb.ini' in the 'en-en' folder so that it reads..."

then I used 'Ultral Iso V6.5' to add the

5 files..

'default.XEX' 'kioskmain.xzp' 'skin.xzp' 'xenonclatin.xtt'
'xenonjklatin.xtt'

and 24 folders...

'de-de' 'demos' 'en-en' 'es-es' 'fr-fr' 'images' 'items' 'it-it'
'kiosk_67' 'kiosk_72' 'kiosk_75' 'kiosk_78' 'kiosk_81' 'kiosk_84'
'kiosk_96' 'kiosk_128' 'kiosk_132' 'kiosk_147' 'kiosk_148'
'kiosk_152' 'kiosk_153' 'kiosk_154' 'kiosk_155' 'videos'

to a new iso, and then 'save' ed to '???.ISO'

I then used nero to record the iso to a dvd-rw

JUST REMEMBER TO UNPLUG THE XBOX360 FROM

THE INTERNET / ETHERNET CABLE

UNPLUG THE XBOX360 HARD DRIVE AND ANY MEMORY CARDS

BEFORE PLAYING AS THIS IS NOT A DISC YOU SHOULD HAVE AT HOME

Just a suggestion. And updating your DVD burners firmware isn't fixing anything, its just an update, and updates usually make things more compatible.

I have a NTSC xbox 360. Tried everything on here with the NTSC Demo Disc and Condemed dump and no luck. I even ordered the PAL demo oxm demo disc just to try steves method but my NTSC 360 wouldn't even recoginze it since its a different region. I figured that but said what the heck and ordered it anyways. Worked fine in my modded xbox but not at all in my xbox 360. So even if his method does work it will not for us American NTSC systems.

I can get the oxm demo #3 to work on my PAL xbox360
only from the original xbox360 disc and not from a DVDR
because of the media flags but...

I can get the 'pi kiosk' disc to work on a DVDR as there or no media flags.

i can't believe i just spent about an hour reading all of this. ha ha ha i must be bored out of my mind. which i am of course. well i guess i'm just going to have to wait wait wait and wait some more to get my 360, because with games that pricey i would be too scared to play an original copy. especially with the way games get treated in this house.
