Hi, I've just purchased a eurovox max v 2008. I live in dublin and have n*l basic digital package. I heard n*l changed their frequencies recently. The box I bought will come preloaded with firmware up til the beginning of July. Will I have to update it or is it just a case of doing the power scan when I first turn the box on?

Do a powerscan with frequencies 291Mhz to 395Mhz with a symbolrate of 6887 and wait. You should get 13 Transponders (TP).The box will then do an autoscan itself and you will see the stations coming in.
Make sure your connections from the cable are good.
The box will auto update from then on.

did you get the freq 410.ooo that's the one that has sky 1 under it if you are CH$$$S. Also check you have freq 371.ooo sometimes you have to manually add them as a scan doesn't always pick them up.

Hi,
Yes could you please post them here.Do you need the basic connection to Chorus because I know someone in Cork who was with C in Cork years ago and the cable in their house is still "live" and they now have a Eurovox on it.In Galway you need the basic connection.
