OK Hey, I'm Runeskape and welcome to afterdawn forums.
This thread is about making a blakescape server - so if your doing that they are the very latest files. The ID lists didn't work when I started either. Your best to download moparscape - it contains them in its directory.
Alternatively, My Server, Liamscape 3.1 has the item lists Liamscape modded blakescape) and all the other files in it. You can download it here:

hi, you know the bit where u put in the sever in the log on page, i put in the thing that u sed but then it ses server error. WHAT DID I DO WRONG PLZ TELL ME?

With Liamscape, You Need To Be A Gold Moderator To Use Pickup Commands. Theres A Tutorial On My Thread. Make SUre It Says Starting Blakescape Or Liamscape On 43594 before logging in you should have runserver.bat running and type in localhost, or 127.00.1

If you want to be a RuneScape member instead of making your own or both! =) go to [url= http://bux.to/?r=newts06][/url] and when you get to the refer box put in newts06 as the referer and click as many ads every 30 seconds is 10 cents to your check all you need is an alertpay

Time approx.:20-25 minutes or less.
1-Open Visual basic 6.Now click standard exe.(picture below)
2-Now you should have everything open.Now resize the form to make it bigger.
3-Now press Ctrl+T so that means press CTRL and hold on to it then press the letter "T" on your keyboard and release.Now scroll down untill you see the option Microsoft internet controls 6.0 click on that and then click Apply/Submit.(
Now,you should have a globe icon on the toolbar.Heres how it look.
5-Now for the coding partMake sure you read EVERYTHING or you will mess up.
Click on the globe icon and stretch it across the form.Make it fairly big to fit the runescape client.

HEY PLEASE READ THIS!
i got the moparscpae server edited and compiled i did all of that but i still cant get others to log on only i can what do i do! plz help when i run the server it says starting server on port: 43594 and then i log on and when i compile it, it says

Ummm.. Hi im sort of new at this kind of stuff but i get most of it. I just dont understand one thing how to do the compile.bat thing. I red through the forums, i downloaded Java SDK and Netbeans SDK and i found the "Bin" folder but all thats in there is Netbeans, The Netbeans application, and this one application called nb. I have no clue what to do so if anyone can please help it would be nice. Thanks

fisrt download the 2 files on page 1 the server file and the rsprivetserver file (the application) then download java jdk then copie all the server files into the java jdk bin folder located C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_05\bin keep the application anywhere then run run.bat then type (username of your choice) in username then localhost in the server bit then your done if you have any question plz reply

Looks Like You Guys Aren't Going Anywhere.
OK Most Of These Problems Are Fairly Simple, But I Made Them Too, So I'm Going To Show You How TO Fix Them.
Problem 1
Depreciated API On Compile.bat
This Is The Sevrer Saying It All OK. It Doesn't Mean Theres ANything Wrong, Thats What It Is MEANT To Say. If It Says SOmething Else, Thats When Something Is Wrong.
Problem 2
Even Though Vicious Is Probabally Right Saying Netbeans Is Easier On Page 5, I Never Used It Because It Looked To Hard Originally. Instead I Just Used The Normal Java SDK Which Is Available For Download With Hamachi, No-IP etc. From My Site.
Problem 3
Heres A Few Things To Get You Through This. Ill Let You All Know It Took Me LIke 16 Days + Teaching Myself How TO DO This When I Didn't Have The Internet And It Was Hard, So I Suggest If You Don't Understand Something, Google It LOL.
NPC Placement. I Place A Full Tutorial On My Server Establishment Thread If You Can Find It. Its In The Windows Games Section Somewhere. If You Can't, Let Me Know And Ill Write Another One Up. Alternatively, You Can Search Up For A Tut On Moparscape Or Google One. You Can Also Try My Site - I Think There Is Something On There.

1] Install Java, Once you installed Java2] Download the server
3] Extract it to a Folder
4] run Compile.bat let the server compile, you shouldn?t get any errors, If you do, Your javac.exe probably isn?t installed if so read the next step if not, skip the next step
OPTIONAL
5] Move the server files to your java folder in C:\Program Files\Java\; go to the BIN folder, put the files in that folder, run compile.bat AGAIN and it should work
move the files back to the folder, click on run.bat and yor done!
Client
6] extract the client into another folder
7] run rsprivservclient.exe let it load, put in any username in the username slot
8] put 127.0.0.1 or localhost into the Server slot, click login
And your done!
CongratZ You have made your first Runescape Server.
Commands for Gamemasters
::kick playername (kicks player from server. Only for level 3 admins)
::item itemID (spawns item on ground)
::pickup itemID amount (spawns an X amount of item to backpack. itemID must be 4 digits. for example coins are 0955)
::empty (clears items from your backpack)
::mypos (tells your location)
::tele xxxx,yyyy (teleports you to xxxx,yyyy cordinates. Both must be 4 digits)
::nick newnick (changes your name to newnick
::players (tells you the number of players. Fixed this on version 20051104 and later)
::bank (opens your bank. anywhere, anytime)
::pass newpassword
::mod modlevel (Changes your modlevel. 0=normal player, 1=player mod, 2=golden crown -mod)
::yell some text here (Send a message shown for everyone on the server)

Normally I Wouldn't Be Asking This Kind Of Question, But Considering You've Atleast Bothered To Check Back On This Thread - I am Going To.
OK Here Goes.
Step 4 means that once you've download java (thats jdk 1.6.0_03) and the server and client source you are up to compiling your server. Most server source's are pre-compiled but this may vary and its always best to make sure all your java files are working. In your server file, which according to vicious' tut located on page 5 your server and client stuff should be located somewhere on your desktop. open your server - which should be open-source. (you don't need to worry about that) find and click compile.bat
...Depreciated API... Is a all thumbs up for your server. Something else and you move onot step 5 which is copying all of them server files into c:/program files/java/jdk 1.6.0_03/bin and re-compiling if that doesn't work you've got the wrong type of java.
