Signature edited, to better please moderators. I apologize if I've mis-understood the rules, having read back through them a third time, I can perhapes see how my signature could have been seen as advertisement, but from here on in, I'll keep it to my Shoutbox.
I have attempted to contact a mod who I've seen frequent this server, asking about the specifics of setting up a thread specifically for advertising servers, but I have yet to recieve a response. Odds are that loop-holing rules is not going to make any of us any more successful in the Afterdawn ranks, so I've decided to drop the idea of server advertisement entirely - so those of you with WoW and RS servers will have to stand on your own feet, lol.

My Personal Opinion
I, Personally, Think That We Should Be Allowed To Advertise Servers -Although Im Not Allowed Anyone On Mine Apart From My Brothers. I Can Understand About E-mail Adresses From Mass-spammers. But A Hamachi Server? You Have The Rights To Do Anything On That Server - And What If You Wanted A Public Server - I Also Understand The Bit About Afterdawn Becoming An Advertising Forum - But WHat About A Specific Thread For Runescape Servers (Or WoW Ones). Afterdawn Already Has Anti-Spam Bot In Place - And The Spammer Would Have To Be A Junior Member To Be A Big Issue - Which Means They Must Have Contributed To This Website, Been Hacked Or Been Amazingly Patient And Succesful In Hiding There Spam From Moderators.
A Personal Opininion Not Complaining Etc. Etc. Etc. =P

Advertising and scams
1. Advertising via forum messages is strictly prohibited. If you need to advertise your products on our site, contact us via the feedback form and we will negotiate an advertising contract with you/your company.
2. Linking to pyramid schemes and other forms of "free <place-your-product-here> schemes" is stricly prohibited (see http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/207101 )
3. Providing affilate tagged links to products or services is not allowed.

I did it whit ur colection.rar
and the same happend as always...
This is what it says:

Nothings wrong. Those aren't errors. They're informing you that it was compiled, and how to go about getting more details. It just doesn't display a nice "Compilation Successfull!" message, so I guess I will do that for it:
"Congradulations, gamerboy9! You now have a compiled BlakeScape Server!"
All you have to do now is fire up Run.bat then minimize it and log in via the RSPrivateServerClient.

Ok Here Is Some Big Help...
To Customize Your Server, You Should Have Your Autospawn.cfg File In Your Server Files. If You Dont - And Find Blakescape Borign Because Its Empty - Download A Different Source - I Used And Prefer Testscape - As It Is Easy To Fiddle With - Although There Are Many More.
If You've Got Autospawn.cfg Open It And Copy One Of The Formats Already There Then Fill Out The Coordinates And Name It. If You Need Some Descriptive Help let Me Know As I Am In A Hurry - Glad If I Was Any Help.

Well Im Not Sure If It Works. But Try Copying The Autospawn.cfg File Into Your Blakescape Folder.
I Dont See Why Youd Want To Use Blakescape... You Can Always WIpe Testscape Clean If You Want A Fresh Start. Anyway - I'm Guessing This - But Try It Out Anyway:
Copy The Autospawn.cfg And Autospawn2.cfg Files To Your Blakescape Folder.
If That Doesnt Work Open Your Blakescape Folder And Look To See If You've Got Files Such As - NPChandler.jaba Npcconfig Etc. Etc. All NPC Related Files - If You Don't Replace Them With The Files From Testscape - WHICH DOES HAVE THEM
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MAKING A COPY OF ALL CUSTOMIZED FOLDERS AS THIS IS JUST A GUESS AND MAY DO SOMETHING WRONG

Just tell me an empty (or easy to empty (completly)) server which allows me to place easy npc and shops.

Some Help
OK Firstly - Why Would You Want An Empty Testscape - That Just Turns It Into Blakescape. Now I Can Help You Personalize Testscape - But I Am Not Going To Teach You Everything.
OK Customizing Most Things Testscape And Becoming A "Boss" In-game.
1. Open Up Client.java And Search for Base, should look like
else if (playerName.equalsIgnoreCase("base"))
Change base To Your Username And CHange The Player Rights To What You Want Your Account To Be. 1=Moderator 2=Gold Moderator 3=Owner (Cannot See There Own Gold Crown)
You May Also Notice Other Names With Java Commands Like This - If You Want Someone Else To Have Status In Your Server - Change Them As You Wish.
2. Changing The Main Help Menu
Find This In Your Client.java (You Should Of Saved And Re-entered It From The Last Change)
Main Help Menu
Under It Will Have Testscape You Can Change That To YOURSERVERNAMEscape
Alternatively, You Can Just Start At The Top And Find Testscape Right Through The Client - Replacing Them With YOURSERVERNAME As You Go Along.
Adding NPCs Is Never Going To Be EASY But It Is Not Difficult When You Know WHat Your Doing.
To Edit Shops, You First Need A Item List In xml version 1.0 (Compatible with testscape)
To Save You Time - Virtually All Of The List Are Like That (Apart From Silab, From Miss.Silabsoft)
Open Up Shops.cfg And Find THe Varrock General Store To Start Off With You Will See Something Like This:
shop = 1 Varrock_General_Rare_Store 1 1 1039 0 1041 0 1043 0 1045 0 1047 0 1049 0 1051 0 1054 0 1057 0 1056 0 962 0
As You Can See - This Is My Custom Varrock General Rare Shop (Which Anyone May Use, I Do Not Mind)
Ok, Here Is A Tutorial.
The First Two Ones Are To Do With Spacing - No Touchies.
The 1039 (A Red Party Hat) And So Are All The Other Items. You Will Find There Is A Phat Set With 0 Of Everything In Stock, The Same With A Mask Set And A Christmas Cracker+Santa.
Change The 1039 To What Item ID You Want (Although I Don't See How You Could Leave A Partyhat Out In The Cold =P )
Then Change The 0 To How Many items You Want. I Wouldn't Go Above 600-700K Of AN Item. My MAX Is 100K Which Amazingly, Is Also Of Red Partyhats.
-NPCS-
Placing NPCS Is A Little More Tricky, Although Its Easy If You No What You Are Doing. Open Up Autospawn.cfg And Find The NEWNPC Template At The Bottom Of The List. - Change The Details TO How You Like Them - Have I Explained This Before? - Anyway Ill let You Figure The NPCs Bit Out.
Alternatively You Can Download The 102.82mb Compact (lol) Liamscape Ultimate Package From The Following Link Contains Everything You need Including Java+Hamachi

Wow... I hate to do this, but you guys should consider discussing this either in a different thread (prehapes RuneSkape could make one specifically for TestScape). This has been a messy thread since the begining and it is intended to set users up with BLAKESCAPE - so mod's tend to be a shade upset when this thread gets even messier with talk of other server versions.

Well Ive Managed to Get To The Bit On Number Five I Cant Compile It From The Bin It Comes Up With A Black Box Saying

**EDIT** Those Of You Using Custom Clients, ie. Moparscape, Endar Silab And The Like Should Have A Server Bar. You Type Your IP Address In This, And Your Password In The Other.
Client Conversion
Lets Say Your Playing Blakescape (Although I Am Going To Use Liamscape For An Example, As I Know It Works) And You Get Bored Of RSprivserv Client - Maybe Because You Want Firecapes Or Something. And you Convert To Moparscape. Firstly You Must Type Your Server Ip As Your Password And As Your IP. You Then Log In, Most Sources Have This Command And I KNOW Liamscape,Testscape Etc. Do.
Type ::pass in game. Prferably when nobodys looking, and nobody is around in-game as it sends a confirmation message. You'd Be Typing Something Like This.
::pass afterdawn
then the server will say
well done your password is now changed to 'afterdawn'
Dont Add The Quotations, In This Instance - The Password Would Be afterdawn.
So Logging In On Moparscape Etc Would Be Like This.
username: runeskape (yourname)
password: afterdawn
server: localhost
Please Note - If You Lose Moparscape Etc For Some Reason And Cannot Play Any Client But The Original - Your Sort Of Screwed. =)

i rlly need help when i try to open that link for item spawning it says page cannot be displayed i need to fix that and another thing is that when i open compile.bat it says it cannot reconize java or something. When i run run.bat for server it closes out imediatly is it running it anyway? plz help
