I use a modem just, and am behind sp2's firewall. I like it.

I cannot get bittornado at its best to go past 120kbps at most, some files download really slow aswell. Is there anything I can do to speed it up a little. The settings I use are DSL/Cable fast (im on 2.2mb) and max uploads is 4 and upload rate is 20. I have set my max download rate at like 800 to try and help but still cannot break that 120kbps mark.

Any ideas?
