np TALON.
Lex, the PAL version also said it was online on every retailers site before it was actually released, however, the manufacturer's site only says its online on XBox. Surely even if the NTSC version was online, then their site would say PS2 was too.

The NTSC version of FlatOut 2 is indeed online (up to six players, even!). Can't test the code just yet, though, as I need a new Network adapter. Should have it sometime tomorrow, hopefully.

You can request it, but the chances of you getting it are slim to none, since its nigh on impossible to generate JAP IDs, as there's virtually no other IDs to compare with for generation purposes.
You'd possibly find anyway, that it would be either pay-to-play, or region protected (or both), as with a lot of JAP titles. Hence the reason requests for them are very few.

ok im just wondering why windip would give me this message?
'DNAS280.IMG;1' is being scanned... PATCHED, unverified (Offset 0x0002A24C).
'IOPRP271.IMG;1' is being scanned... No match found.
I know it should say "matches this and this" but it says unverified so i was wondering why would windip give me that message? does it mean its patched but windip has no clue what it patched? and even so with it being unverifide will the game work online? This is not an EA game. Gauntlet Seven Sorrows.

it worked i just think i got online with someone with a bad connection because it was laggy. but when i made my own game on the online part and waited for people to join i started the game and it ran smoothly online. so i think it was just the persons room i joined his connection was bad.

we already have DNAS ids for all of those but its possible for multiple titles to share a DNAS id or get thru with another DNAS other than one from the original.

Agree with Lex. There's no such thing as a Universal ID. If you check the lists, there's a lot of IDs that are the same for a lot of games, but one ID won't work on ALL games.
This 'Universal ID' rubbish was started by some idiot that has no clue how DNA$ works. For every game it does work on, I could give you another game it won't work on. So hardly 'Universal' then is it?
