WinDIP looks exactly like the image patcher whats the difference?
Image Patcher is PS2NFO's ripped off version of WinDIP, but with loads of bugs. Same as every other app with PS2NFO's name on it. They take other people's work, modify it slightly (which usually f**ks up the program) then add their name to it.

Still having problems getting MotoGP 4 to get passed red screen. Tried different media, lower numbers nothing works. Even made profile/net settings from original disk. Has anyone else backed up this game succesfully with swapmagik/cogswap?

And make sure it is actually the NTSC version you've got, as the PAL doesn't have online play. If you do, and it is DNA$ related, it's probably because the ID posted here doesn't actually work. We've got a few working ones at backupscene.

Nah m8, I got the ID from a promo version that I was sent, well before the game was released. Also got an early promo of America's Army at the same time (not that it matters cos that's been cancelled now).
Anyway. The ID you have was tested thoroughly. I had that one up too as an alternative, but removed it when our members reported it didnt work. Maybe no-one here's reported it cos no-one's tried it here?

Ok, because nobody wants to hit the back page button, i will re-explain my problem.
I have MotoGP4, i want to back it up because my 11 month old daughter has figured out how to open my games drawer and destroy playstation games! I have backed up this game using ritek, sony and imation media, all work/ and play using the cog swap method (no mod chip here)problem is, within the game if i choose to play online(selecting the "internet" option in the game) the playstation reboots and i get the good ol' please insert an.......disk message.I dont even get to the dn@s screen before it crashes.
I am burning at 2.4x using dvd decryptor, and have even tried Nero which produces the same result. I am using a1 and a2 as my first sets of patch digits for windip, have also tried sets such as a3,b2,c1. I also have made an online profile, and network setting using the original game and saved it to the mem card.
I do believe this to be a burning problem, but just cant figure this one out. Has anyone else burned this game and played it online???

@TALONTSx: MotoGP4 uses a double-elf boot. The reason it goes to the browser screen/RSOD when you try to go online is because the IOP resets when it accesses the other elf to go online. You'll need to counter this by using one of the CDLoader versions.

@_FuRiOuS_: Flatout 2 isn't an online game.

@ ace1 Flatout 2 might be online for NTSC/UC you never know.

also says multi player on every site about the game so there is no doubt on my mind that its online.

so i think its PAL that isn't online and NTSC that is.

i went to look up info for the PAL release and it says 1 - 2 players.

NTSC is up to 6 players online.

also has not been tested, thats why i put generated but should work, i will test it tomorrow or sometime after as the game just got released today but only on the west coast of usa it takes usually a day to ship over here..
