Hey PS2 Menace, I was reading how to rebuild, and I noticed that Nero Burning Rom can be used. I have an updated version of Nero 6, however, I cannot find my burning rom. The tool required to rebuild the ISO is the DVD-ROM(UDF/ISO)option in Nero Burning Rom. Would you, or anyone know if the option to Restore files to Backup Images offered in Nero StartSmart under DVD Backup, be the same thing as doing the process mentioned above with Nero Burning Rom. Thanks so much in advance!

I'm not sure if the DVD backup would work. I use Nero 7 Platinum but I never burn ps2 games with it. DVD Decrypter is just too simple to use plus it booktypes my DVD+R to dvd-rom. I know Nero can do that as well I just never tried to rebuild with it. I know you're not asking for my opinion on what to use. ISO Buster is free, CDVDGen 2.0 is free, so is gnie's expert which work better for rebuilding in my opinion that Nero can offer because they're made specifically for the purpose of making these images work.

Once again thanks for all your help since I started posting. I've been using WinDip and patching games, and all has been well. Thanks again.

Hey ace1, you say you can't play online with HDD. What do you mean by that? I have an HDD online adapter and all of my DNA patched online games are working just fine.

Ahhh, thanks. By the way, where did you guys download 2006 Fifa World Cup from? Many have been asking about it, meaning that someone here must have downloaded it. If any of you have a good link to either a fast torrent or many links to a site like megaupload or rapidshare, please post. I downloaded a rapidshare version labeled as PS2 and turned out to be PC. VERY FRUSTRATING! I'm looking for 2006 Fifa World Cup PS2 NTSC. Thanks in advance!

If its based on backing up, umm, doesn't backing up have to do with stealing? Do we not all talk about DNAs and Mod Chips and burning, and all that stuff? Or, by putting an image file on our computers, and patching it so that we can illeagally play online, and then rebuilding it so that it will work on our illegally modded PS2's and then burning / backing it up using programs that are based on decrypting files so that we can put this file onto a disc, and then finally play it on our PS2's, we are actually giving back to the store. We are not shoplifting, we are restocking the store; we are giving to Sony by playing backupped, non-store bought games. But, obviously, backing up games does not have to do with stealing, not at all. Next time, when I ask a question, I do not want some weird, nonsense opinion, I want the answer. End of story.

If your backing up all u do is burn the orginal game. Look somewhere else or post in another fourm cause u cant post or ask torrent sites/links. Or any other piracy links. Its the fourm rules.

Well, I'm sorry, I guess using a program like WinDip that edits the DNAS of a file, so that you can use a non-bought game to play online; a method once believed to be strictly for bought games,is not piracy at all. My apologies. Whether you are editing games to play them online or are downloading them from torrent sites, piracy is piracy.

the dnas patching is meant for your own games. I bought my favorite game Flatout and made a backup and DNAS patched it so if my original ever got scratched (which it did) i could use my backup and still play online and it works perfect.. still got my original right here. Now, enough with the piracy talk.

NTSC or PAL would help out the dnas ' makers '.. and give them the scus or SLES (if PAL) file size . I just check my Flatout and its SLUS209.01 and the file size is 2,531,440 bytes .

Goodness, piracy talk.. Both of you made valid points... Truth is, you can legally made one backup copy of anything you have as long as you own the original. If he patched the DNAS of the backup file with the original game he owns DNAS obtained by the Disc ID program, then that's still not piracy. But both valid and long argued points. As for the DNAS for 2006 FIFA World Cup Germany its XX XX 01 30 DC.
Personally I think it's time to grow up on this whole "this site isn't dedicated to piracy" argument because how can one site approve of posting links to sites where you can illegally download ps2 games through torrents as long as you dont link a specific torrent download link...but at the same time "codone piracy" by warning it's members not to specifically imply piracy. Weird..

You dont need to give all that info, all that's needed is the SLUS number, which you gave as SLUS_214.08. Also, PS2Menace already gave you a note of the DNA$ ID anyway, plus if you'd bothered to look in the thread, you'd of found it for yourself, as it'd been posted earlier.
Always 1st with 100% working PS2 Online Game DNA$ IDs!!
