Hi guys,
recently bought a d-box
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?V...38329&rd=1&rd=1
trying to tune it into the tv, and can't even get a picture, where am i going wrong!?
i have it plugged into my internet box which i recently was using for a starview box and have tried using a scart lead and a normal tv lead to get a picture but no luck! help me please!!

Hi there
not a complete newbie to d box2 but am having some problems with one of my nokia 2x boxes. lost all channels a few days ago on both and have managed to get most back on one box ( i flashed sportster 1.73 uk01 with IFA ).
all i seem to be getting on the other box is ' waiting for time ' and it doesnt pick up any channels when i do a channel scan. both boxes are exactly the same (nokia 2x ) with the same image flashed on them but i cant figure out what to do.
Any help would be much appreciated

Ftp the bow k s and services off the working box
to the other one reboot try that
Or backup image ftp to temp folder on none working box and
update via remote .....Paul

hi all
just wondering if you can help.
just recieved a nokida dboxII in service mode for chorus in kk,
however i'm having no luck with picking up transponders, i'm sharing broadband on the same line also, would this affect it.
all new to me, any help / advice on getting this up and running
would be great thanks.

what image are you using?try the irish 9 cables.xml and delete scan.config,then select chorus bruteforce and do a search with fast scan off

hi there ive got three boxes and they have all lost channels it says channel not available i flashed a commando image on one this mornin didn't make a diffrence the other two have sportster, when i try and login with flashfxp it says my password is incorrect never used a commando image is the user still root and the password dbox2 please reply.

Service will update when you rescan
Push blue button on your remote
Net id set my location
Scroll to manchester there are 2 choices Ok
Box will reboot
And be ready for scanning

hi just done a rescan on my other box running sportster and its cumming up cannel not available& ive only got the movie channels that ask for the pin not the ones with the movies on please help

Have you enabled the softcam
Sportster
Blue on remote
Emu selection
Restart evocam
Comm 8 Settings
Active softcam Enable megcam and restart it ............Paul

I just got a Dbox2. I attached the virgin media digital cable to the antenna and the scart from the box to the tv. It loaded the image and got to the point where it said starting Neutrino but then the screen goes black. Has anyone got any ideas what the problem could be.

sounds like a corrupt image to me

hi all new to this dbox kno a bit about starview and replay i am in dublin when i knock it on it says u codes not updated go to ftd and then it says scan channels i found how to scan channels but none appear to be scanning can anyone help do i need to put firmwere on it 157 is on it now......

can somone anyone help me pls....when i put my box on nokia bbox it says u codes could not be found please upload them via ftp (or dbox-bootmanager)then restart your dbox i then press ok and network settins comes up i then press ok again and no nutriino settins comes up followed by no channeles were found please execute a scan (dbox key service)can any one explain to me what i need to do......

bigdunk u seem to kno a bit about these boxes have u any links to what i need i have flashed starview replay lite and the box but this is proving to be the most difficult of them all maybe its cause im new to them if u could help me i would appreciate it a lot hope to hear from u mate cheers........
