Well it seems to be working on N**. I presume you have Ch**us cable. You will need to press menu, config, clear data and clear channel data. This will clear the N** data. Then do a power scan using symbol rate 6875 and a frequency range from 324.000 to 460.000.

I don't disagree with you but I have found problems like this can sometimes be rectified by this method.

Not disagreeing either as I was one of the first to try this method :) as you said it may rectify a slight tuner offset.

Yes indeed,
I discovered this method before Christmas 2006 on an N** MM** system I was having problems with, then was able to use it last year when the Feb. software wouldn't bring in the channels on a power scan.

Yep it was used on the 2007 EVs that had tuner problems.

Hi,
Cheers for the swift response.
I'm getting between 0-28 on both level and quality on what appears to be every frequency tuned in, toggling the whole time any value in between that. What should I be getting.

Eh How can I put this.
Well I did all as suggested. It has gone into the search. Has now gone onto the second part user installation but no channels are appearing

Sorry just hitting the road. Are you doing a powerscan or autoscan? It needs to be a powerscan, (and presume you have deleted previous N** channel data). Press menu, installation, user installation, press yellow button, choose normal, input 6875 as symbol rate and use a frequency range of 324.000 to 460.000.
Make sure you have coax into RF In and you are doing it from the direct feed, (take away any splitters).
Sorry if you are doing this and it is not working. I will be back over the weekend but hopefully you will have it sorted by then.

Another think I noticed --the symbol rate seems to keep returning to the factory setting of 68870.
Is there anyway of reprogramming this ????

Sounds like you have no power from your lead.
Check fuse in plug top.

Hi All,
Any hlep would be appreciated..
In west dublin on N*L
Getting signal problems. Have the lastest firmware on it with the Kuru Beta upgrade also.
Screen on some channels (as luck would have it the only ones I watch SSp1 and SSN) all pixely and jumpy. I checked the level and quality and they toggle repeatedly anywere from 1 up to 28 on all frequencies...
Any recommendations..
